"I installed the ordered control board and inverter board. I was not able to install the magnetron because magnetron sent was different from the original and would not fit in place. The terminal is on a different side. I tested the unit and it still is not heating. I called techline to document the issue. Tech line verified that the magnetron is the correct part, it is correct the part may have been wrongly packed. Customer complaint is that sometimes she hits the start button it counts down but it never starts.Put unit into service mode the only fault code was for suds. I put unit into quick wash mode with no clothing and immediately after filling and beginning rotation I noticed abundant amount of soap suds in unit. I advised customer to use only 2 tablespoons of soap. I never got the control to duplicate the problem for me even with the suds in unit. Roved all soap suds by hand with paper towels and then ran unit on drain/spin cycle to remove any remaining suds. Advised customer to use cleaning cycle and start washing again. Call us if needed..

"Checked over unit due to machine Had leaked water all over the floor and dripped down stairs, removed kick panel and found no water dripping from unit ran a heavy wash cycle and a normal wash cycle several times and no water, checked float switch and made sure float was moving and free checked gasket on door and unit is sealing. Advised customer dishes could have pushed on float switch causing it to over fill then over flow also unit has a lot of calcium build up witch could have stopped float advised to use some cleaner and remove. Ran machine again and all operations are working to specs no leaking"
