"Two point dryer is not drying. Taking longer than expected to dry the clothes I found windscreen was completely clogged. Customer says they only change screen when dryer says check vent for alert customer to change screen after every single use. And check secondary lens screen, micro screen after every single use as well with this specific model the specific model uses an air conditioning system to dry clothing. Dryer is getting hot. There are no error codes and diagnostics history either. Condensate pump is working properly and diagnostics menu as well as all other components."

"Complaint no ice production. Water was not dripping from the chute or clumping ice. Checked the ice maker frost build up around the bail arm and top of ice cover. Removed the frost build up. Ran diagnostic testing for ice maker harvest and fill, both tested good. Did water test in the chute and it immediately pours out the chute door. Ice Door is sitting flinch to the frame. Flashlight down chute lights up the ice door but no light noted on the sides of the ice door coming out. Ice door, water valve and ice maker was just replaced 8/26/24. Called whirlpool techline. Recommend to replace the freezer door. Sr# 7739935623; rqstng P&A on 1 W11551458 (Freezer door)"

"Customer stated they did try a different brand of popcorn and it was no different. Replaced the mag on testing it started smoking above the mag and the top has a buzz noise and mag overheats. Did not see any signs of damage in the wave guard. Outter top of wave guard has slight discoloration. Called techline when first powered on heat is fine and mag over heats and stops, poor heating in microwave. Customer only uses to pop popcorn. Per Tech-Line advised to replace mag, inverter, and control board. On return techline would like complete inside pictures of the wave guard before parts are installed. Removed water line and found no water from house coming into cold water side found unit has safety braided hoses witch blocked the water from coming in, removed filter in hose and water is now coming into unit but hoses need to be replaced with new to fix correctly.
