"Upon arrival it was a nail salon. With the wrong address, the address was 832 east garrisons blvd. Gastonia 5 min away. Upon arrrving no model or serial number was on the ticket. It was a dryer that was pointed out to me. The timer was broken. I quoted 316.19 for repair (timer part cost plus 239 labor for return and Labor. . I had to talk to someone on the phone and she didnt speak good English either. I tried to explain I can come back Friday with the part but she will have to pay. She kept yelling about 10 year warranty and no one told her she couldnt use it in business. I explained as much as I could and told her she will have to pay 129.00 plus tax trip fee and she kept saying why I pay you do nothing. So I told her Im sorry Im leaving I cant do anything without payment. Left call. Called Randy and Barb to inform on situation. No one would sign ticket."

"Found that refrigerator has beer operating and cooling properly since last visit. Checked and found pressures correct and evaporator has full frost pattern. Spoke with Randy, agreed that unit should be checked further and parts should not be replaced if all tests pass. Evacuated refrigerant, charged with nitrogen to 150psi. Allowed refrigerator to sit under pressure for 30 minutes, unit showed no loss of pressure. Using bubble solution, checked all solder joints, tubing and evaporator. No evidence of leaks. Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum, allowed to sit in vacuum for 20 minutes. No change. Unable to find any leak or evidence of leaks. Weighed in correct charge of 134A.
