Complaint that the unit is not starting. Found loose connection at the start button. After adjusted unit running normal. Mentioned that the customer to have the wall outlet verified as it is a bit loose.

Complaint that the unit has a error code F3E0. Customer pulled out the range to be able to get to the back. Bad sensor readout. Found wire disconnected from the plug on the sensor. Reattached wire and ran a cycle and error code did not appear again. Unit working normal. Stove is connected to a GFCI breaker and running the oven tripped the breaker. Customer will have the breaker checked out.

Complaint that the unit is not cooling properly. Found uneven frost pattern in the evaporator section. Customer still has warranty on the sealed system and will contact LG for this issue. Collected trip fee.

"Complaint washing machine drains and fills without moving the basket at all over and over and over again control board randomly shuts its self off even at the beginning of the cycle washing machine starts jumping violently and making extremely loud, grinding clicking noises. I found lower drive pulley on the gearcase has up-and-down play in the shaft of the pulley clutch. I found suspension rods have completely failed. I found control has F1 E1 error, code and diagnostic history, F0e5 was able to duplicate control board shutting itself off right in the middle of diagnostics cycle before motor went haywire and started spinning at abnormally high speed while grinding unit will need everything in lower end. Customer complaint is that washer does not start. Customer has problem starting washer. Explained start button to customer and had her try to start washer. Customer successfully started washer each time. Informed customer that there will be service charge for future calls when there is no problem found with washer.

Customer complaint is that refrigerator is noisy in the morning and when is starts. Arrived and unit was in defrost. After defrost unit started cooling and there was some compressor noise that is normal for start up. After about 2 minutes unit got quiet. Only the fans could be heard running and they also are running normal. Unit is cooling properly.

Customer complaint is that water and ice was not working. Found water filter was not inserted into filter head properly. Corrected and tested. Showed customer it works. Advised customer to allow time for ice production.
