The blowers run fine and at proper speed until the relay on appliance board kicks them off. Fault code is F8 E0 this is a new renovation and the unit has not been used since install due to fault code. I pulled unit out from wall about 1/4 ways out and preheated both ovens to 350 degrees and all operations were normal. I found the bottom trim bent upward restricting the air flow of heat out of the unit causing it to get to get to hot and shutting down unit. Pre heated unit four times and unit worked fine. "Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice and the FC temp seems warm. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the evap fans and thermistor passed the diagnostic test with no issue. I ran test 120 , 59 & 96 for the IM, all tests passed. The IM stalled a little after the 2nd attempt of the harvest test (120). The unit needs a new IM to resolve the no ice issue. Regarding the temp issue, I explained how having less items requesting a low temp can causing cooling temps to be difficult to meet. I set it to the suggested temps. The cxs initial service call is within 30 days. I quoted the cx for the repair.; O-emld tckt"

"Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx has a video of the issue. She had a load running when I arrived, I stopped the load and checked for error codes. I found no error codes. I ran a calibration cycle and manual spin and agitate. Both passed with no issues, the suspension is good. I put the clothes from the cycle that was running in the tub and ran a manual spin, it did not shake violently. However I noticed the height of the unit was at its lowest, I pushed the tub down and it easily hit the ground. Meaning it does not take much for a heavy load to hit the ground. Load are at its heaviest when they are wet before the spin cycle. The shield underneath has marks showing friction with something, all parts behind the shield are in good condition. The unit was probably bouncing off the ground when heavy loads started spin cycles. I elevate the unit adjusting the leveling feet to prevent the unit from hitting the ground. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."
