Checked and found crisper drawers binding and hard to pull out. Lubricated tracks and retested. Still binding. Found that bind is happening because shelf and drawer brackets only have a pin on the left side causing brackets to shift to the left when drawers are pulled out. Refrigerator is designed this way. No pin or slot for pin on right side. Explained to customer that refrigerator is designed this way and there is no way to change it.

Checked and found dispenser not working. Has had rinse aid in dispenser since February and not used any. Ordering dispenser.; ordrng 1 WPW10428217 (Dispenser)

Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no ice in the bin. I ran a harvest cycle and the unit completed the harvest cycle and dispensed water. The unit is working as designed.

"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit. Still no water dispensing into the IM. I checked voltage at the control. P3-4 & p1-2 at the control has 122v when water is dispensed but nothing when water is sent to the IM. I assumed it was a control issue for not having voltage at the p3-4 & p1-2 connectors. When I left the unit I looked at the tech sheet again and seen power going directly to the IM not from connector of the water valve. I called techline to document the issue, they recommended trying the airmen again and checking continuity of the tan wire from the IM to the valve. The issue is not the control board. Im ordering another IM and will check the tan wire for voltage and call techline again if there are issues. Im ordering the part for the return.; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Ice maker)"

Checked over unit due to machine leaking from front door in the middle found wile filling with water float switch not stopping unit from over flowing causing water to fill up to high and over flow from door. Found float stuck fixed and reinstalled float also found unit tipping forward adjusted legs and ran a wash cycle. Checked for leaking and unit is now dry and operating to proper specs

"Complaint microwave was displaying F2E1 when I woke up early in the morning turn off the breaker and turn it back on and error code went away, has not reappeared cents just wanted to have it checked out one time after I turn the breaker off it reappeared, but has not since come back. I found all functions of the user interface are working as of right now. Cannot duplicate any touch screen issues as of right now Advising customer to contact Jenn air. part is also on back order customer just replaced the user interface on oven and prior to that had to have refrigerator repaired, and prior to that. Had to have their dishwasher repaired. microwave is not having any heating issues or touchscreen issues. Found at this moment. Cannot duplicate issue. if customer calls back order and send user interface. customer declined repair today is going to contact jenn air just seeking advice today."

Replace control refrigerator has been cooling fine since last visit since I defrosted it the last time. No additional issues reported by customer with refrigerator at this time.

I replace drum and rear idlers I tested operations from Ehlers are fine and so is the belt idler pulley. Unit is operating extremely quiet now no additional issues found with dryer at this time. Dryer is heating. Had to clean rear heater vent were heater vents into drum area from rear bulkhead Had melted clothing restricting airflow completely. No additional issues found with dryer at this time.

"Complaint on compressor comes on at very specific times will make a loud buzzing noise. No cooling issues found at this time. I cannot duplicate any noise complaints. I suspect noise complaint is only occurring when compressor hits. A certain rpm as compressor is a variable speed compressor. I suspect noise may be consistent with the condenser coil vibrating against the cabinetry. I tried to adjust without hearing any kind of noises from the compressor. Compressor is running right now and cooling fine. Customer has not had any cooling Issues either no defrost issues found either at this time. Customer said it was making a noise early this morning. Noise only lasted for 10 maybe 15 minutes before going away. If customer calls back, may need to adjust condenser coil more, but will need to duplicate noise I performed service test number for and 3 compresser test could not duplicate noise.."

The unit is level and not leaning have replaced multiple parts on this unit and still not correct it is my belief that its either the hinge receiver or frame is damaged. Spoke with Rob at tech support and sent him pictures. He thinks the same as I its either receivers or damaged frame. "Cx complaint that the unit is dispensing the opposite water and it had trouble draining. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a manual test for the water valves. They are swapped (hot for cold & cold for hot), I switched the water hoses to their correct positions, test, and calibrated the unit for the cx. The drain function is working fine as well. The unit is working as designed."

Advised customer to contact builder. Cooktop is not leaking.

Complaint at the end of the cycle done light is on and when lid is opened it used to go off now it stays on and power button has to be held to make it go off and recently now the washer will try and start itself again with done light illuminated. I I replaced main control verified latch is operating normal drain everythings working no codes in fault history except overloading error i performed a calibration cycle and an auto diagnostic cycle no corrosion on ui board. No broken wiring found or lower end issues either.

Test 57 unit will not cycle progress past #2 goes from 1-2 but never back to 2 test 15 tested ice level sensors are working goes from 2-1 when sensor is covered. I also found flights have failed in both the freezer and the top fresh food section 3 strand light. Also found door gasket is shredded causing an air leak in fresh food section. Temperatures in fresh food zone are 37.2 freezer zone is -1.3°F. Icemaker is cycling fine after replacing it with power turned off to refrigerator. No more error codes in test 36 after cycling icemaker icemaker is filling properly with proper amount of water heater was mangled not installed properly on icemaker fill tube. I secured heater and installed it properly. Previous tech whoever was here. Did not use proper screws causing air leak and icemaker causing unit to not be held together properly.
