Both worked fine with no issues. I ran a calibration cycle, it completed with no issues. I started a normal cycle and asked cx about her loading process. She admits that she continually opens the door while its filling to make it add more water. I suggested for her to use deep water fill when she wants more water. The unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint that the unit was not spinning. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit heats, tumbles and has good airflow. I put 2 blankets in the dryer and ran it for 10 minutes. The unit ran fine with no issues. However when I opened the unit and held the door switch down, the unit ran but when I applied pressure to the drum it stopped and did not continue to spin when I released my hand. The motor pulley is worn not allowing the belt to fully catch.
