"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of tripping breaker when going into bake, had started to heat. Cs turned on at breaker and 8 started a broil, same result, after about 10-15s I popped the breaker and was heating before that, with unit heating and then popping gfi breaker it could be a weak breaker (electrician had just installed). Was able to remove top cover as Installed and everything checks fine. When reassembled it ran a bake cycle fine, preheated to 350 with no issue. Cannot explain source of issue, but moving everything around looks to have corrected it."

"Complaint oven door is not in perfect. Alignment has some squish at the top left-hand corner allowing door to be pushed in slightly further than on the right side. I found no issues as this specific model has a one spring oven door design. Left-hand door does not have that same heavy spring in it as the right hand side does also the natural squish of the door gasket is allowing door to be pushed in just ever so slightly. No issues with door at this time cannot adjust due to cosmetics warranty only being 30 days, not a functional issue is strictly a cosmetic based issue."

Replaced all parts and door closing properly. Lighting shut down due to door opened for a period of time which is normal. Showed customer how to do a reset so the lighting would turn back on. All working normal.

"Installed new fridge door and checked for good seal around cabinet, found sealing good and tight. Customer had some ice forming around damper advised to watch but if door was not closed it will cause moisture. Unit is functioning to specs advised we cannot take old doors they are customers responsibility if any issue contact customer service"

"Complaints on the freezer side behind the bin here water dripping intermittently sizzling noise also occurring water after replacing a filter blows out extremely fast out of door dispenser food on the top shelf freezing right hand door closes easier than the left-hand door. Right hand door closes easier due to physics doors is a larger door has the same tensioning spring as the freezer door so it is going to close easier due to physics, nothing to fix nothing to adjust on top shelf is due to air vents being blocked. Advised customer on orientation of food. Water blowing out of door dispenser after customer replaces water filter is due to air being in the waterline after customer replaces water filter, customer to run 4 gallons of water through door dispenser to get all air out of the system, after replacing water filter fix to adjust unit dispensing perfectly fine upon arrival as theres no air in the system but a tiny little bit. Sizzling noise accompanying by dripping noise is due to normal operation unit going into defrost mode, allowing evaporator to defrost the drain hole and the bottom of the floor, where the water escapes into drain pan underneath unit to fix nothing to adjust. No issues found with refrigerator at this time. No additional issues reported by customer at this time and all cosmetic defects are non-discoverable as unit is past 30 day cosmetics warranty from when unit was registeredfor delivery on November 16, 2023"

"Complaint dryer is leaking but is not connected to any water source. I suspect one of two issues is occurring as dryer is heating properly and functioning properly. Customer is not complaining about it taking too long to dry clothes either. I suspect air conditioning the fact that the air conditioning vent is blowing directly on dryer is allowing it to draw in warm air from outside, causing dryer to turn into a dehumidifier for external air. Or a clogged and restricted air vent going outside causing heat humidity and moisture to build up inside of dryer while dryer is an operation preventing it from blowing out moisture properly. As of right now, everything is operating normally and properly on the dryer. Filter Screen is damp to the touch lint on filter screen is not saturated but damp."

"Complaint prior to a few days ago refrigerator would display P0 error code and it would chime nonstop day and night directly after coming back from vacation. I suspect evaporator fan motor is the cause of the power outage failure. Customer stated they turned off the power for one minute and have not noticed issue reoccurring since. I am going to order evaporator fan motor as a precaution as there is evidence of evaporator being frozen still evaporator may have to defrost evaporator if issue continues to occur but as of right now, unit is defrosting itself. I did place unit into manual defrost mode every eight hours test number seven turning off adaptive defrost control.; ordrng 1 W11578030 (Evap fan mtr)"

Complaint washer is not turning on full of water as well. I found unit is a new build construction area I found drain pump molex connector had come unplugged probably due to install. I plugged molex back into drain pump no additional issues found with washer at this time performed a calibration procedure cleared error. Codes performed a quick wash cycle. Everything is working upon departure.

Complaint made ice for a couple of days and then stopped making ice again. I found icemakers bone dry again. Fill tube was not frozen upon arrival but was empty. I cycled icemaker. I cycled power first and icemaker filled with water properly. Im ordering a water inlet valve and a heater heater just to be safe ; ordrng 1 W11087201 (Heater) and 1 W11482383 (Valve)

"Not cooling in ff section, fr section is frosted over evap cover, fan incased in frost. The end stop for upper right track fell off reattached made sure it clipped on to track correctly

Complaint that randomly unit will make a lot of noise while spinning explained loading alike items is very important and it is possible to over load and or under load unit it at least needs six items in it the spin setting turned off on quick cycle

Frost in freezer and clogging damper holes to ff section ff section not cooling set Temps at recommended cleaned condenser coils cleared ice out of damper holes leveled unit because it was leaning forward could use shims under front to level it more

I replaced main control tested operations no further issues found unit preheated 400 with no issues Authorization number for parts only W1c1hf1wp1 autho code.

Complaint notice a gap in the gasket wasnt sure if its ceiling properly. Gaskets are foam glued in place gaskets will not remove easily gaps on the outer edges on normal cannot pull or push in any further no frost or condensation forming inside a fresh food section no icicles forming in freezer no heavy frost forming inside of freezer either. No cooling issues foundunit set to second warmest setting it can be in fresh food section on top shelf is 40?. Freezer ice cream as hard as a rock.

I replaced user interface tested operations. Dryer is powering on and cycling. Just fine as of right now. Dryer is also heating with no further issues found.

Complaint unit making ice extremely slow. I found water pressure is extremely slow getting to refrigerator. No cooling issues found no additional issues found with refrigerator at this time.
