"Customer complained unit not spinning water out of clothes, ran unit and found no error codes. Ran service diagnostic and all functions working. Ran quick wash with customers towels in it, explained how to load unit properly. Unit ran through entire cycle and went into high speed spin at end. Clothes were not saturated. Showed customer the clothes. Customer thought clothes should be more dry, showed her clothes are completely rung out, squeezed towel and no water came out, clothes were damp and wet but rung out and not dripping water.. Customer still not satisfied. Verified properly operation. Informed customer unit working as designed. Informed customer if called again for same issue she will have to pay for service call. "Tested dryer and found unit would leave clothes damp at end of any cycle making customer run unit again, checked venting and found customer had a really flimsy metal venting that was not connected properly and blocking air flow also found outter vent cap had a screen on it witch will block air flow advised customer on replacing vent this will help big time with drying. Checked thermistor for venting and found reading at 75 degrees 17 ohms should be around 12 ohms, replaced inlet thermistor and unit is now drying and operating normally advised until venting is replaced unit may not dry well.; used 1 WP8577274 (THERMISTOR) from stock"

"Cx complaint that he is getting a power loss message occasionally when initially using the unit. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. The unit heats, tumbles and has good airflow. I called Techline to document the issue. He had me run multiple tests. He concluded that the UI had a weak connection causing the power failure issue.
