Incoming voltage is 245 V AC across red and black 124.3 across black and white 124.5 across red and white when heating element kicks on voltage drops 240.1 V AC heater is only getting warm is never getting hot hot. I replaced heating element thermostats Heater is now glowing red hot but voltage is still dropping from 245 V AC to 240 V AC. Customer needs to have wiring inspected of house. With drain functioning it could have an issue with pressure switch, which is part of main control, but worked in all tests done. Possible had unbalanced load and stopped prematurely. Complaint of not finishing cycles, consistently in bulky cycles, intermittently in normal cycles.also said no water in clean cycle, just humming.Ran clean washer cycle and verified not getting water. And F8e1 error in history (long fill). Closes house valves and water pressure at both hot/cold lines to washer. Cs turned off house water valve. Replaced valve and water turned back on, same issue. Replaced control and same. Found now no frost Ayer coming to hot water valve and supply valves are all open. Supply issue and cs will have plumber correct."

Installed harness and capacitor but the error f9e1 occurred called tech line we calibrated the washer then tested again in drain and spin getting an F9E1 then an FOE9 we discovered that we had a bad ground and were getting voltage on neutral at the board. "Door is sealing fine, right door sticks out further then left door and that is the complaint. Last year we replaced hinges for right door not closing like the left, closer not as strong. It was a little better after replacing hinges. Right door is a larger door then the left and this is a unit with custom cabinetry attached.Both door closers are working in testing. The right door is more even with rest of cabinetry then the left door. It looks like the left door is just squishing the gasket tighter on the left door, no damage to gasket, mullion keeps both door gaskets warm on the inside edge. No service pointers. Explained to customer we could replaced the gaskets, but I do not see a physical reason why they wouldnt respond the same way, either immediately or over time.Customer paid for service call"
