Clint not making ice had a different company out two weeks ago made ice for a couple of days then stopped. I found previous company never unplugged refrigerator after replacing icemaker or during replacement of icemaker left power on the unit the entire time. I found foam insulation for heat and entrapment on fill tube was not properly installed back. Also found tape heater was not secured at all causing waterline to freeze up. I re attached all parts that were loose tested operations cycled icemaker no error on icemaker anymore after turning power off for five minutes. freezer temperature is -1.8? fresh food temperature is 38.9? fresh food setting was set at 37?. Freezer was set at 0?. All fans are operating normally as of now.
