Ran full tube heater test heater working. Unit ref section is set to 38? was at 42? when arriving. No air leaks detected. Nothing in refrigerator has ever froze , as in food or liquids . Called tech-line about reservoir freezing. customer had inner inlet valve breaking. On all prior trips with other techs to home water line was not frozen (except last tech who ordered reservoir) so issue wasnt addressed. Called techline to check to see if anything else could be checked about issue since it is intermittent. Called techline said issue was from icebox, no air leak from icebox now, ran icebox fan with valve area cover off. Covered icemaker fan /ice dispensing faceplate area and no leaks from anywhere . "Replaced fan assy and still only working on high. Pulled cover off and found leads to resistor had burnt out, resistor tested ok at 71 ohms, replaced connectors and sanded down connection, tested and fan working at all three speeds. Cooked a potato for the minutes with no issues. Unit was pulled down on arrival and cs said to leaved down and they would reinstall, which we would have needed them to do anyways, there was no mounting bracket used."
