"Tested unit and found machine would not start a cycle and main display would not function, checked control and found only few buttons lighting up and flashing but never staying lit up tried running a diagnostics cycle and found unit not going threw, checked voltage to main cntrl and 120v and green light on at cntrl board checked voltage to display and no power, removed display and found solider joints bunt and green also panel separating and not sticking down. Unit needs new main cntrl,display and console parts tentative due to main cntrl specially ordered advised when parts are in we would call for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11460962 (Cntrl user interface) and 1 W11460908 (Console) and 1 W11506011 (Cntrl)"

"Inspected and found circuit breaker tripped, turned circuit breaker back on and cycled bake and burners on stove, circuit beaker tripped again after about 2-3 minutes of cycle time. Ohmed and visually inspected elements and switchs and found no problems with stove. I believe circuit breaker is weak and worn out and informed customer. 30 days on trip fee."

I replaced the cord and terminal block from TS. I charged for the cord. I tested the unit for the cx. Found unit packed in frost again. I initiated diagnostic and turned heater on and it came on and started defrosting. Checked and found main control to be one of the units with a bad control per service bulletin W11642483Will need to order a new control for this unit.Customer had also mentioned that the fill line is leaking. Found fill line from house had been chewed by rodents and is cut completely. Informed customer that this is not part of the refrigerator and not covered by warranty or contracts.. advised to have plumber run new line. ; ordrng 1 W11546609 (Control)

"Checked over unit and found frost forming on the freezer door and cabinet found warm air getting into freezer due to gap around freezer and fridge cabinet, added silicone to fill in gap around cabinet adjusted door gaskets and they are all now sealing and operating properly. Advised customer there may be some moisture inside freezer or around cabinet when its muggy out this is normal operation all fridges will get some moisture depending on how much ur in and out if the unit"

"Cs run with affresh and cycle after same thing, says stopped at about 20 minutes into cycle. Filter is clear. Tested light wash. Filled fine and water level looks good. Drain directly into some no drain line, repositioned drain hose to go up farther in cabinet before going to drain for better air gap.Let unit run for about 30+ minutes, gave h2o error during a fill mode at that point, water level seemed ok.At this point looks to be pressure switch, with inlet valve and main control also being a possibility. Quoted for pressure switch , valve and and control.Cs has a contract through Home Depot, but was told to pay for repair and they would be reimbursed.; ordrng 1 WD15X26078 (Inlet valve) and 1 WD21X27998 (Control) and 1 WD21X25468 (Pressure sensor)"

"Both sections too warm, 55 in rf, 46 in fr. Acting Same as before repair.In diagnostics showing open fr thermistor. Removed fr evap cover and no frost on evap. Noticed light not working, but would when opening other doors. Went to test thermistor and found plug not fully seated, pushed in and light came on and now passing thermistor test.Ran test 4. Rf evap fan running at step 4, fr evap running at step 5 and starting to get frost on fr evap.Going to have cs monitor. If continues redo sealed system but it looks like a loose harness was the issue. Did check fr evap for leaks with uv light/goggles all clear."

"Complaint start button is jammed. Cannot get start button to release. I found start button was pushed into hard. I had to take control board off of panel to release start button. I performed a diagnostics cycle. No error codes and fault history. Button that was stuck is not part of the control board. It is part of the panel and it is a separate part from the panel. If customer calls back, we will need to order the panel and the button."
