Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f8e4. I found a factory defect on the water valve hose. Theres water leaking into the float switch tray area because the water valve hose had a split in it near the valve. I cut some of the hose and repositioned the hose to prevent the leak and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
