"Put unit into normal wash and it filled and started agitating and then I put it into spin drain and the unit drained the water with no leaks. Invisibly inspected the pump,fill hoses,drain hose,water valve and everything is dry. The tub does have a good bit of play in it maybe the tub is shifting when it is loaded and water is splashing over the side or if unit is over loaded it has the potential to sling water over the top. This unit is 30 yrs old. Its the old wig wag model. I ask customer to do some loads and keep eye on it and take pictures so we can correctly determine where the water is coming from. I advised to call office when we have some evidence."

"Unit had been noise, cs believed it was from back and not cooling, then noise stopped and cooling again prior to arrival, kept appt to check unit out. Machine compartment fine, fan / compressor operating as normal. Did find rf door flap not engaging, leaving rf not sealed. Doors had adjustments on bottom posts, raised doors and engaged flap, properly sealing doors. Left gasket slightly torn but sealing fine at this time. Best guess unit wasnt sealing and frosted up freezer evap and that was sound heard,managed to clear in defrost and returned to operation, door flap was likely intermittently engaging."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. The cycle completed but no heat was produced. I pulled the unit out and checked the element ohms reading, it read OL. I replaced the element (new element read 13.5 ohms) and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. Cx signed the waiver because the DW hole is tight and flooring is uneven."
