Complaint cooling issues in the bins in the fresh food zone specifically light switch broken freezer light will not come on. I found switch was the cause of the light switch not working replace switch assembly. I suspect that was the cause of the overcooling issue as well. This unit did not know that door was being opened tested operations no issues found in diagnostics menu with temperature sensors at this time. "Complaint dryer has not heated since it was plugged in for the very first time. I found heating element. Coil had failed spectacularly tiny bit of metal were everywhere. Inside of element chamber. I replaced heating element incoming voltage is 124.8 V across both legs to neutral 253.4 V across red and black wires going to heating element. Incoming voltage is a little high, but I am unsure if that is the root cause. No further issues found with dryer after replacing the heating element. Everything is heating and operating normally and fine.; used 1 WP3387747 (ELEMENT) from stock"

Complaint lower oven is not heating at all. I found control was programmed for a different model number and keeps reverting to that model number when unit is powered off even after changing it in fault history diagnostic mode.
