Complaint dryer will not start will not turn on will not do anything. I found electrician who wired house or a person who wired house set up green wire as the neutral wire green black has 121.3 V red to green has the same. green to white has 4.5 V running across it white to red has 88.3 V black to white has 104V running across it. Incoming voltage is improper and must be corrected when I used green wire as neutral wire dryer heats fine operates normally and has no problems. No issues found with the dryer at this time. All operations with the dryer are working as designed. Install and instruct fulfilled.

Washer would need an inner basket replacement. It is spinning out of ground and will not spin out the clothes repair declined.

"Complaint not cooling in fresh food section. I found evaporator drip pan is warped upwards. I found evaporator completely frozen over solid with ice snow. Customer stated she has had four visits by the same company out here the past month and all they have done is used a hairdryer to defrost the unit. I am also found that the harness going to the pantry drawer is frayed and breaking. I also found evaporation fan motor is not functioning at all in fresh food zone in diagnostics. And drain tube appears to be clogged. Ordering main control, evaporator fan motor assembly, drip pan harness, and drain tube to repair. Complaint water will not drain out. I found tub has come detached from gear case gear case top shaft is broken. Where drive block would attach found gear case also has been leaking water oil mixture all over main-harness and drive motor causing damage to harness and motor timer will not operate on casual cycle at all and hasnt for several weeks only works on a normal cycle will not work properly on super wash to regular or on delicate cycle at all. Agitator has completely failed. Splines were dog ears would attach are completely smooth. Washer needs to be completely rebuilt. harness that is needed appears to be no longer available. if available office will call customer to set up reschedule date. Complaint compressor making loud buzzing noise at another company come out two weeks ago and stated it was the compressor failing. I found noise was caused by vibrational noise due to the house shifting. Adjusted line condenser lines and applied gasket material on the back wall of the metal to prevent metal on metal vibrational noise from ever occurring again. Customer stated this is the quietest the refrigerator has beenin the past two years. No further issues found everything cooling fine as of now.; used 1 W11159728 (GASKET) from stock

Inform me of past performance of unit informed him unit had been getting stuck in defrost and found signs of damage to auto metal in freezer on fan harness. Parts need to be replaced. "Customer complained unit wouldnt drain, found water standing in unit. No error codes stored, were possibly cleared when customer checked codes. Took off drain hose and inspected where drain hose plugged into plumbingu see sink, found obstructions in plumbing, pushed obstructions out and drained unit. Unit draining as designed. Ran quick wash and let unit run for awhile then drained unit. Unit working as designed. Informed customer if she has the same issue again to check plumbing. Its called out again for same issue. She will be charged trip fee."

Upon arrival walked in and customers mother was there. She did not speak. English. Tried to call daughter on the phone. Finally got a hold of daughter. Ask her what was wrong with it and then told her unit was out of warranty. She said unit kept loosing powerand lights and display would flash on and off and have power failure on display. She said she had a three-year warranty for the unit. I informed her that the unit is out of the initial first year warranty. She would have to pay for # For today. She said she didnt want to do that and will call Best Buy for her three-year warranty.

Installed all new parts and ran unit thew a test cycle found fan is now shutting off and all functions are working to manufacture specs

Tested washer and found when unit would ramp up in a spin cycle it would start to shake and walk out of place even with nothing in unit. Tested suspension and found tub bouncing all over the place causing the off balance cycles. Replaced suspension kit and recalibrated unit ran a spin and lol operations are now working to specs ; used 1 W11130362 (SUSPENSION) from stock

Checked over door an found glass had broken when customer had unit installed there was no issue at anything just the glass needs to be replace. Will order new glass and retainer parts are out of stock advised once in we would call for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11654078 (Door glass) and 1 W11598188 (Retainer)

Found F7E1 error code which is a tachometer failure. Replaced actuator ran diagnostics cycle tested all ok ; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock

Replaced control board and ice maker running fine. Upon arrival customer mentioned that they unplugged refrigerator for 5min and when it turn on and went to demo mode without setting it to it. Control board starting to have issues. After the new board everything running smoothly. Customer will keep an eye on it for the next few days.

Back wall discoloration which is normal operation and not the metal being damaged. ran unit in timed dry on high an verified unit is heating properly through several cycle, ranging correctly between 110-160, measured cycles on low, also correctly averaging 98-144, Venting has good air flow.Also said she heard some grinding, took front cover off and belt, supports and pulley all look good and ran smooth throughout testing and same when added resistance to tub. All checks normal."
