"Complaint unit making an abnormal noise will not progress past 30 minutes in a normal wash cycle or a bulky wash cycle making loud clicking noises and grinding noises. I found drain pump is in a process of actively failing, causing abnormal noise also found clear case bearings have completely failed. Unit will need gear case which appears to have been recently replaced yet. Will also need drain pump. customer just got done using washing machine and gear case is extremely hot to the touch still. "Complaint refrigerator had a power outage and is not cooling properly. Tried to reset the power outage error, and it will not go away couple days ago. Refrigerator was extremely loud. I found upon arrival. Customer has temperature sensors inside of the refrigerator that are measuring in the mid 50s. I checked temperature upon arrival in a bottle of water and temperature upon arrival is 41? refrigerator was set at 40?. I could not duplicate any abnormal noises. I did replace all of the control boards except for the user interface. Everything is sounding and operating normally icemaker is cycling fine with no further issues foundand icemaker filled with water with no issues measured Phil is working fine. All operations are normal."

"Customer states unit trips breaker occasionally, happens at random, not during certain time or cycle, is able to run again after resetting. Customers breaker is arc fault.Inspected wire nuts in terminal box found okay, wire harness for unit inspects okay, entered diagnostics, found no error message, ran auto test to completion with amp meter attached, found proper amps through out cycle. Contacted whirlpool techline 7740502331, had be sent customer service pointer w11525530 to follow up on arc fault nuisance tripping, unit is working properly, pulling 7 amps on average washmotor, heater 4amps, all other operations pulling under 1 amps."

Complaints in a fresh food zone freezer is cooling just fine and making ice with no issues. I found unit as a single E app unit found evaporator is completely frozen over. I defrosted freezer I suspect door may have been left open leading to issue. Advise customer that if issue returns or reoccurs within a month I will need the harness and motor.

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Was beeping after second wash after last visit. Was turned off at breaker. Catch tray full. Pulled out and cleaned tray, breaker turned green n and ran normal cycle.Cs did not know about catch tray or that of position of items were just right the spray could bounce and go under door and collect in tray. Ran for 30 minutes empty and no water in tray. Did find water in the unit slightly heavy to the front, raised unit to have it slightly tipped back as recommended by whirlpool. this can help prevent surging into catch pan."
