Customer complaint is that range has a gas leak. Gas company came out and tagged range on 9/4/24. Arrived and leak tested all cooktop connections and inspected all pipes. No leaks were found. Checked for loose connections and found none. With gas on and power to unit. Started all burners and all lit correctly. Let all burners stay on for 2 minutes. Turned off all burners and waited approximately 5-6 minutes outside then returned to smell for gas. No gas smell detected. Confirmed with customer and she agreed no gas smell.

Unit is not cooling. I found reason for unit not cooling properly is evaporator core completely frozen. I found reason for evaporator core being frozen was due to the drain to being completely clogged up as well unit unable to drain flash freezing perpetuating defrost cycle. I verified unit is producing a full frost pattern and no compressor issues found if customer continues to have any more problems. Advise customerto call back for service also found defrost sensor was not attached at all. I attached defrost sensor properly to suction line going back to compressor. No further issues found defrost sensor did test proper fan is working properly. Defrost heater also tested properly if any more issues occur with defrost suspect control board issue.

"Error history, F7e9, f7e8, f6e3. Ran diagnostic cycle. Wont spin , just hums, basket spins freely. Found stator disconnected from rotor, bolt looked fine and with loc tite on it, possible was just never in fully and had backed its way out. reattached and ran diagnostic cycle fine. Cs to monitor. "Complaint of intermittently leaking. An diagnostic cycle and no leaking found, boot making good seal with no tears. Pulled of boot from front to look inside. Water stains rust in left front, looks to be coming from dispenser. Dispenser had water standing in n front frame, likely source of stains found. Root cause labor pressure is to be Botox soap in softener area of dispenser, undesolved build up causing water to splash. Cleaned dispenser and advised that area is for softener only and suggested liquid soaps.No charge for visit as BK said no charge for trip and all I did was clean dispenser."

"Test 13 heater getting extra hot is 239? P8 on control evap sensor pink pink 1036 and rising 1249 when tech line answered previously replaced sensor installed . Per tech line organize harness on evap making extra sure heater or any other harness is not touching defrost sensor replace defrost sensor and tape with aluminum tape for best thermal conductivity. If customer calls back for same issue per tech line customer to call customer resolution hotline, as he cannot think of anything else to replace.
