"Complaint dishwasher leaking from the door area. Dishwasher will not complete a cycle within the first five minutes. Dishwasher will shut itself down and start going. Ti da Di dong. Chiming I felt door gasket had collapsed in top left-hand corner, creating a leak I found drain plug on disposer was still intact. House is under construction as a remodel not a new build. I found dishwasher was in properly. Installed front of dishwasher was lower than the back of the dishwasher. Back of the dishwasher was jacked all the way up with leveling legs. I also found dishwasher was improperly wired, wired up backwards ground wire was being used as a hot wire white neutral wire was being used as a grounding wire. Complaint safety hi co2 setting off co2 alarms in home while in use. cooktop has unbalanced burn on cooktop fire department stated creating hi co2 long bake times improper heating in oven also. I found aluminum in oven bottom blocking vents completely creating improper venting and hi amounts of co2 to occur due to improper venting. I found heavy grease oil on and around burners creating slow ignition uneven unbalanced burn. I found cookware in warming drawer creating intermittent poor bake ignition gas smell to occur. customer also leaves oven door open during preheat and while oven is at temp. Causing unit to be Slow to bake. oven is equipped to turn heating off after 1 min of door being open causing long bake times. "Customer complained unit fills to top with every selection and load. Upon arrival ran. Checked pressure switch hose and hose was not obstructed, blew through hose and air is freely traveling to basket to control and is connected properly to control and tub. Normal load with auto fill setting. Unit filled with water to a little over half to 3/4 of basket and started wash. Drained unit and ran quick wash with auto fill , unit filled with water to 1/4 of basket to under half and started washing. Called techline techline confirmed that water level is different at every load said that unit will fill different levels of water auto sensing will be different levels. And deep fill will always be that highest amount of water. , be around where water level is going. Unit is working as designed. SR#7736566631 informed customer unit is working as designed this model will work this way."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling in the RC. I inspected the and unit and confirmed the complaint. The RC temp is 53degrees, the FC is -4degrees. The fans are working fine, I found ice building on the RC evap wall. The unit needs a new evap cover to replace the evap thermistor.
