I suspect customer may have had a defrosting issue that worked its way free. I called Whirlpool technical assistance. Office file number 7736582054 file number. Whirlpool agrees unless there is a floating restriction in the sealed system that unit more than likely had a defrosting issue that rectified itself icemaker is a quarter of the way full of ice unit started cooling yesterday per customer. Customer only had a cooling issue in the freezer zone not the fresh food zone."
