"Cs says last load wouldnt spin and was leaking. Unit empty and unplugged on arrival. No signs of water leakage under unit. Plugged in and ran normal cycle. Filled fine and went to not agitation fine, no leaking. Cancelled and ran spin cycle. Drained properly and went into spin fine, no leaking. With no waters stains on lower unit or back of unit and not leaking during testing, no problem found. Cs also said had UR code which was an unbalanced load, which may have caused some splash over. Explained load sensitivity and load was a heavier robe with sheets. She will monitor loads, everything tests fine at this time."

Complaint loud noise and leaking on the floor in the summertime. I found air-conditioning vent blowing directly on dryer. Could be causing unit to become a dehumidifier in the summertime in humid wet North Carolina air allowing dryer to leak. No evidence of water on the floor that I could find no evidence of dryer leaking at this time I did find cause of customers noise is a split broken defective blower wheel. Blower wheel is seized free spinning from motor shaft unit will need motor and blower wheel to repair will need to break blower wheel by hammering it off and splitting it to replace. ; ordrng 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel) and 1 W11549461 (Motor)

"Found washer unplugged on arrival. Inspected all components, no issues found. Outer tub, all hoses, and drain pump good, no cracks, damage or leaks. In further conversation with customer she said that wash basket was full to top with water. Determined that washer had overflowed. Tested valves, found them operating properly. Ran diagnostics cycle, completed correctly. Ran washer in quick wash cycle. Filled and operated properly. Valves closed normally. Determined that could control had issue and continued to send voltage to valves causing them to continue to fill. By unplugging washer it reset control and now operating properly. Advised customer she would need control replaced. She declined any further repairs. Collected for service call on cc."

"Unit goes into drain when trying to start, gives f9e1 error, not water in unit.Let run until stopped. Put into diagnostic, filled and then nothing. Was able to get to attempt to drain again, water in unit, pump running but will not drain. Verified pressure tube and drain hose not clogged.Replaced drain and same issue, just filled and then nothing in diagnostics. Since replacing drain it has not attempted to work, found interment connectivity to drain harness. Unit is under 1yr Natalies so no easy access to unit, tried repairing suspect part of harness, and when jumped it worked but still intermittent. Ended up using harness wire from wire kit and splicing in, unit functioning fine in diagnostics, drain/spin and in normal.; used 1 W11399437 (DRAIN PUMP), and 1 W11643701 (HARNESS LOWER) from stock"
