"Checked over unit due to noise had come back from freezer section, checked noise customer had recorded and noise is coming from fan motor area. Removed evaporator cover and found ice building up on left side of fan housing and underneath this caused fan to hit ice and make noise. Found water dripping from ice maker when filling, checked fill tube and found water coming from back side of filling tube and running into fan shroud then freezing, removed fill tube and found tube not sitting flat against cabinet due to plastic distorted shaved down plastic to sit flush and water is now filling and operating properly"

"Returned to install parts ordered. Installed burner caps and igniters. Made sure the caps were aligned and aligned to igniters properly, both igniters ignites within 4-5 seconds. Informed customer unit is working as designed and explained how these burners will take longer due to being dual burners."

Returned to install new detergent meter pump. Installed pump and verified dispensing detergent in service mode. Showed customer verified proper operation.

Replaced agitator and tested. In normal wash cycle. Washer checked ok.

Complaint that the stove is still tripping the breaker. Found that outlet is connected to a GFCI out as a slave and stove needed to be connected off a GFCI breaker to function properly. Ran an extension cord from the stove to a non GFCI out under the kitchen tv and stove worked properly. Customer realized that the issue is the electrical to the house not the range.

According to the tests the unit needs a new IM assembly, Im suggest to replace the IM fill tube heater as well. "I found thermal cutout is open. I found vent temperature with dryer vent connected is getting up to 230?F and cycling down to 145?. With vent disconnected vent temperature is 113? through 165? high heat on customer still has a venting restriction, as soon as vent hose was disconnected a lot of lint blew out of the back of the dryer is starting to stick inside of the cabinet of the dryer as well in areas. There was no lint before. Advise customer if issue reoccurs cannot warranty due to venting restriction will have to charge customerparts and labor. Customer stated there is a 90? elbow that they could not get past.; used 1 279769 (THERMAL CUTOFF) from stock"

Complaint washer machine is making loud squealing noise. I found gearcase leaking oil all over drive belt causing drive belt to slip leading to squealing noise. Unit will need gearcase and lower end parts to fix. "Complaint oven is burning pizza on the outside and inside of the pizza is still raw. Self clean does not clean anything. Self clean feature on this specific oven is not a true self clean. Customer still has to wipe out oven. Water is designed to steam for a short amount of time, lifting grease and food debris away from liner to make it easier for customer to clean by hand. Customer also supposed to pre-clean oven instructions before performing self clean aqua lift temperatures of oven are as follows 386, 336, 383, 337=360.5 average temp. I lowered temperature by 10? in calibration setting no further issues with oven at this time preheat times are longer as element is hidden on this model then customers previous model that they were a custom to."

"Complaint microwave not consistently heating making a clicking noise when heating shutting itself off sometimes randomly after 10 minutes. Inside of microwave will be extremely hot like when heating up a potato for 10 minutes. I found inner door is extremely loose, causing the clicking noise to occur and no heating issue to occur randomly advise customer when heating up potato to use the potato function on steam mode. That way the Magnatron does not stay energized at 100% power for all 10 minutes, no error codes and diagnostics fault history customer has stated that they have had a another company out here a lot and they had to replace a lot of parts that the customer does not know. Customer stated that that company never left receipts of any kind either. only issue I am finding today is with door. and hinges. I am not sure what previous company did if anything looks as if microwave in her door and hinges are original from 2020. "Cx complaint that the unit is leaking gas. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit tagged by the gas company. I turned the gas on all burners light, however the RF valve does not go into the fully closed position. In the fully closed position you must push the knob in order to turn it the the lighting position. I switched the knobs to be certain that its the valve and not the knob. Switching the knob gave the same result, the unit needs a new valves to resolve the issue. The RF and LF valves need to be replaced to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts for the return and called WP safety. They are willing to cover the part but not the labor.Sr7738955638. "Tested and ran diagnostics. Only stored error code was F0E3 overload error. Cleared errors. Checked basket, turns freely. Ran component tests for hot/cold valves, agitate and spin, all operating properly. Ran diagnostics cycle, completed with no issues. Ran DLMS calibration. Exited diagnostics, started washer in Normal cycle. Filled and agitated correctly, allowed to run for a few minutes. Canceled cycle, washer drained correctly. Unable to duplicate complaint at this time. Washer operating as designed."

Tested and entered diagnostics. No stored error codes. Found that dishwasher was installed with no high loop in drain line. Drain hose runs through a hole in floor. This is creating a siphon and water is draining as fast as it comes in. Advised customer that this will have to be corrected for dishwasher to operate.
