"Customer complained unit filter was stuck. Foudn filter was jammed in , customer said they have never replaced it. As able to get filter out finally and replaced it with new filter customer had, they can get new filter out when they tried. Verified proper operation."

"Customer complained unit leaking gas, upon arrival customer had gas company come out and they determined the regulator was leaking. Confirmed complaint and called safety, talked to Keisha. Keisha documented issue and said unit is out of warranty. Quoted repair for 498$ customer wanted to call whirlpool to ask to pay. Trip fee covered u dear authorization."

Cx complaint that the units upper spray arm came out of place. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the upper spray arm separated from the manifold. Cx complaint that the unit was not making ice nor cooling momentarily. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The call back was within 30 days so the service call is covered. The was cooling fine when I arrived. The ice bin is full of ice and both sections are at good temps. I ran a few tests in diagnostics: 3 & 4 for the evap fans and compressor. All tests passed with no issues. The cx was out of town for awhile and noticed ice cream and ice melted upon her return. The cx may have experienced a power outage. Currently the unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit was off, I plugged in the and it began cooling. A consistent frost pattern formed, I noticed the defrost heater connector was loose and had some thermal damage. I secured the connector and made sure everything else passed a visible check. Cxs unit is OOW and she was not willing to pay the service call fee. I did not diagnose the unit.

Door is shifted slight to the right on the top side and raised up on the bottom left so that the whole door tilts to the right. "Customer complained of no cool upon arrival found no frost pattern, didnt see any die patterns from leaks. Found compressor kicking inking out internally after trying alternate start device. Complaint dishwasher is leaking. I found two issues Causing Dishwasher to leak one dishwasher works extremely front facing allowing water to leak number to customer was using Dawn dish detergent. Creating an Uber Sudsing condition. Also causing dishwasher to leak. I fixed leveling issues inspected tub cleared oversuds error code from fault history tested unit and diagnostic cycle. No additional issues found with dishwasher no leaking occurring.

"Microwave user interface has scratches and has a little bit of extra play. Making noise whenever you push in at the bottom of the microwave. User interface panel. Microwave is held in with plastic clips cannot adjust plastic clips excess play and user interface is normal. Nothing I can fix replace or adjust issue is a cosmetics issue only. cosmetics issues and glass Platters are not covered under warranty after 30 days. Functional failures are anything that affect the direct functionality of the appliance. Those issues are covered in microwaves case any issue that would cause it not to get hot, except for lightbulbs lightbulbs are not covered either."

"Complaint dryer motor will turn off timer. Will still be counting down on machine and heater will still be glowing red inside of dryer. I could not duplicate complaint, but I did replace motor and heating element. No wiring issues visibly seen at this time. Voltages are correct 242.3 V across red and black 124 V across black and white 123.2 across red and white. Three prong cord. I can wiggle power cord and no change in voltage. Customer complaint is that upper rack was not closing properly. Inspected and found right front wheel on upper rack adjuster was not in the rail. Put wheels in rail correctly and showed customer how to insert upper rack and had customer demonstrate. Checked ok.

Customer complaint is that left rear burner valve sticks and does not turn as well as others. Found burner valve is bent and sticking. Customer also says flame is too high on low. Flames are normal height at 1/4 inch on low. Control panel holes for valves are imperfect. "Upon arrival unit was full of water. Ran drain in component activation and drain pump didnt start. Checked board and board wasnt sending voltage to pump. Unplugged unit and same result. Cleared out unit and ran normal load. Heard drain pump start for half a second and stop, checked at board again and found board is now sending voltage but pump isnt running. Ran service mode again and drain pump isnt getting voltage from board in service mode. Syphon emptied water from unit to test and inspect pump and inner tub areas. While emptying water about half a drum full the drain pump started when I moved the unit. Took out inner drum and didnt find any obstructions under inner tub or filter. Ran drain pump and saw water go into pump draining properly with no obstructions in pump.. Ran pump in service mode and put meter on pink wire to drain pump. Moved harness around and found drain pump starting and stopping , but board sending 120v constantly with no interruption. Found wire harness is damaged to drain pump but cant find area its damaged by visual inspection. needs new harness. Ordering harness. Unplugged unit until return to prevent any damage to new board. Told customer to not use unit. Customer wants repair, Brain said no charge extra . Scheduled return call for 9-15-23 pm. ; ordrng 1 W11112750 (Lower harness)"

The units compressor has been replaced twice. The unit needs a new evap to improve the cooling performance. Cx complaint that the DW was leaking. I checked the POP with the closing documents. The unit is OOW. The cx did not agree to pay the service fee. I did not diagnose the unit.

Found all valves improperly installed and misaligned. Center valves hard to shut off. Will stop leaking if turned all the way off. All valves need to be replaced. Sr#7737294685. "Tested washer and found when running a wash cycle when unit would sense and spin counter clockwise it would start making a loud grinding noise, checked unit and found cam not engaging all the way causing it to grind super loud. Replaced cam and actuator ran a calibration cycle and a wash cycle checked all operations and unit is now washing and working to factory specs ; used 1 W10913953 (Actuator), and 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"

"F5e2, f0e2 in history, locknfailure and over sides. cleared. Cs had video of unit making noise during a spin cycle. Ran drain and spin cycle and unit worked fine. Went into full speed spin with no unusual noises. Was an empty load. This a stator motor drive so no belt. Basket secure with no wobble, no sound of bad bearing. Lock worked fine throughout tests and there was a bit of suds in unit which cleared out with multiple tests cycles without soap.Cs said it happened in a couple of cycles and unit was shaking pretty good at one time, likely load balance.Tested again with some towels, heavy, harder to balance two towel load. Took som Erins to find itself a balance it was happy with, but spun out fine and all noises normal. Noises cs is heating looks to be load dependent, could be overloaded/unbalanced but everything will n testing was normal."

"Checked over freeze door and found when opening the door it would fall off due to top hinge not grabbing enough of the door to hold, checked lower hinge and found unit missing shims and door stop, found when changed door over they never swapped over stop and shim. "Tested washer and found customer having trouble with unit walking out and shaking when in a spin cycle, checked leaks and pedestal and found locking nuts not tight leveled unit and made sure legs where tight and in place, ran machine threw several spin cycles with towels and unit spun perfect each time. Advised customer on loading unit with equal weights this will help with off balance loads and over loading unit also if unit starts to spin and shake to pause and remove one items to help even out load. Unit is now operating to specs"

Installed new outer door glass due to unit dented checked over all functions and unit is operating to specs doors are now working and opening as designed

"Tested unit and found machine would not start a wash cycle found cntrl only working when selecting a delay start, checked main cntrl and found status led blinking fast two times communication issue between user interface and acu. Tried to reset cntrl and run a diagnostics but same issue unit would not allow selections and just sit there. Washer giving low flow error code. Entered diag and found F8E1 tan self test found water entering slow. Removed hose and screen clean customer has low water flow. Must resolve house pressure problem.

Complaint not dispensing water from the door. I found the water filter is completely clogged. Completely restricted. I can remove water filter and customer will have water pressure dispensing just fine. Front door. No additional issues found or reported. Customer needs a new water filter.
