Recommend pressurizing with 250psi of nitrogen and then fix leak then replace compressor. Leak checked and checked all joints with soap bubbles and found no leaks but loosing pressure slowly. Completed fine.Ran quick wash and unit went between slow spin and agitate several times, never added to Ayer and then to wash complete, same errors as n history after erase by them previously. Cleared and ran normal cycle, same thing and this time with just the f7e4. Cleared. Basket spinning freely and did switch between agitate and spin fine in diagnostic and was switching during sensing error n both cycles tested.Lower unit inspection shows the gear case assy leaking oil. "Complaint washing machine keeps filling filling filling during a cycle doesnt fill with water when washing machine is off. Im afraid its going to overfill and flood the house. Specifically issue occurred during a bulky wash cycle. A load of a quarter of the way full. I found no error codes in fault history I filled washing machine clear the top I found customer does not have a proper air gap in the drain system. Unit may be siphoning water back into the washing machine, causing issue to occur issues. Customers drain is an old cast-iron pipe, customer stated if they had the hose in there regularly it will overflow onto floor flooding house. Customer stated theyve never had an issue with the way it set up before I did find however the water is draining out of the washing machine tub. Im going to order a control board just to be on the safe side and replace pressure switch. Thats built onto control board to be safe. Verified pressure swi; ordrng 1 W11399433 (Control)"

Customer complaint is that wall oven stopped working. Asked tenant to shut off breaker and he said he did. Removed wall oven and found power cord shorted at terminal block. Tested and found 240V at terminal block and shorted wire. Customer does not know which breaker is for oven. Explained to owner over the phone that power cord is not covered. Owner wanted to have tenant shut the power to the house down so tech could replace terminal block and then turn power back on. Explained to owner that is not safe.
