Loaded three towels into unit, balanced out load when putting it in. Ran quick wash through fill into agitate to get fully wet, cancelled and drained fine. Put unit into drain &spin cycle.Ran full cycle, no abnormal noises, regular vibrations, spun out fine.More out of balance loads would shake more, potentially making banging noises or even unit deciding to shut down if too far out of balance, but unit has been tested with load and verified operating correctly."

I ran a service cycle, it completed with no issues. I tried to remove the rotor to check the slider and clutch area. I was not able to remove the rotor screw to the point where it broke my bit, the screw is too tight. "Complaint unit no cool for awhile and freezer door is broken. Freezer door was stuck when customer tried to open it, pulled hard and the door liner cracked and pulled off the bracket for the draw slides. Slides are rusted and seized. Compressor is hot and shuts off on over load. Needs new compressor, freezer slides and freezer door. Need authorization if door is covered. "Recovered r134a and had a pretty good charge in unit, definitely should have been cooling some so pointing towards compressor. Unplugged and updated software, said completed successfully.Replaced compressor and drier, pulled into a vacuum, held for 10+ minutes. Charged with 5.2 oz r134a. Unit not cooling, not pulling vacuum, staying around 5 and 85 on high side. Pulled refrigerant and charged again and simular, no cool. Spoke with Randy possible obstruction, though should eventually pull vacuum, possible bad compressor. Reordering compressor, will mark jig and Evap to bring back just in case.Did collect for jig as that was not collected for initially. Evaporator has not been used yet and has been paid for.Office to contact to schedule return; ordrng 1 Tca38151706 (Compresssor) and 1 2xtime (2x time) and 1 Wpw10143759 (Drier)"
