"Complaint washer works just fine. It just will not dispense fabric softener fabric softener still remaining at the end of the cycle. Issue is a recently occurring issue. I found hot water valve had been turned off recently due to the valve leaking. This machine requires hot water for the fabric softener dispenser to work properly. No further issues or abnormal noises heard with washing machine at this time. As soon as customer is able to get water leaking issue, controlled or fixed and resume with hot water issue should remedy itself by turning on hot water"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well in the FC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx said it normally happens whenever more times are put in the FC.I took temps for each area. The FC was set to -6 it read 2. He RC was set to 37 it read 42. I checked the rear of the unit, the compressor is working fine. I did notice the condenser fan is running really slow, to the point I can stop it was my hand and it has trouble starting again by itself. The incoming voltage to the fan is 12vdc as designed. The condensers low fan speed to hindering the cooling of the unit. The unit needs a new condenser fan to resolve the issue.
