I tested operation f8e6 water hazard error f0e5 out of balance error cleared codes and performed control calibration also replaced water inlet hoses not covered under warranty. Customer complained of odd noise and burning smell. Customer said its when unit cuts off. Not doing it when I arrived. Took off back compartment and found a bit of styrofoam from insulation was sitting on defrost heater and had thermal damage from heating up. Informed customer that was what smell was from. Gurgling noise is from water going down drain line and defrost system can have noises from melting ice. Unit is working as designed. Checked around compressor area also and unit looks good. Verified proper operation. Called safety to report findings. Sr#7739218127

"Custom complained unit not cooking in oven properly. Issue with bake, unit stops working in. Bake. Surface element ok. Replaced control board on previous call. Thermostat checks ok. Ran unit and checked temps with k type thermostat. Set to 350deg . Got 280? avg temp. Temp sensor was 1.7ohm and 1.7 ohm at board. Proper voltage to unit. Both elements getting voltage and heating. Installed control on last call. Called techline. Techline said to run 6 temp avg to get proper reading. Set to350? got temp sensor is reading temps correctly. Tech line said to replace temp sensor. Used different k type thermometer and ran 6 temp avg and got 329? set to 350? Unit seems to be working as designed now. Sr#7739210925 customer convinced unit not working properly, informed him temps are proper and have been the whole hour I was here, ( frost temp check was equipment failure) verified unit working as designed. ; used 1 Wpw10181986 (Sensor) from stock"
