"Customer did have vent cleaned but still has an air flow issue. Tested dryer with temperature probe inside drum, setting on timed dry, high heat. With vent hose connected temp inside drum reached 230 degrees before cycling off. With vent hose disconnected temperature reached 177 when it cycled off. Repeated test multiple times with same results. Removed dryer front and lint chute. Cleaned both blower wheel and chute. Reassembled and ran tests again. Same results. Brought customer in to show her and explain what was going on. Dryer vent run is excessively long. Runs from wash room entire length of house exiting on opposite outside wall. Definitely an air flow issue with vent.Dryer is operating as designed."

"Humming noise is stepper, motor evaporator, normal noise I suspect previous evaporator stepper motor was never working from the get-go since customer has never heard that noise before evaporator has a full frost pattern developing all the way up on it as of right now in fresh food section 39.2 refrigerator set 38?freezer section as of right now is reading 0.1?. Customer has an air conditioning blowing directly on the side of the refrigerator as well. Could also be causing a poor performance cooling issue. Cannot find any faults or issues with refrigerator at this time as noise is a normal operational noise not compressor. Icemaker has been making plenty of ice since my last visit ice is not melted or frosty customer stating that milk is going bad faster than they remember it, though customer stating that hotdogs are slightly inflated in the packaging."

Installed new compressor, charged again with nitrogen to 200psi. Checked all solder joints, no leaks found. Allowed to sit under pressure for 20 minutes, lost approximately 15 psi. Checked all tubing and evaporator using bubble solution, no leaks found. Believe leak is inside cabinet. Called tech line spoke to Art SR# 7739202358. Explained everything I have done. He is going to submit to engineering for review."
