If this part is needed it is the center divider for pantry and would require 2x time as well.Showed cs operation of door after repair and satisfied. Will contact us if having further issues."

Vent motor, heater open errors in history.Found disconnected wire to heater, looks to have been pulled out in installation, contact bent over as if yanked. Able to straighten and reconnect.To access Cs pulled unit out as was installed in location that could not be pulled without wedged between counter and wall and was going to scrape.Cs also got unit back in.Ran normal cycle and diagnostic cycle with no leaks found."

"Unit has been warm in n rf, not making ice, says fr is ok.Measured prodeuct temp of 51 in rf mid shelf. 11 in fr, is empty, so air temp only measured, slowly going down.Remover fr evap cover and ice block in upper right and heavy frost on first three turnings of evap.. then clear. Rf evap is frosted over. Thermistors pass in diagnostics. Control is out on pantry drawers. Per Randy the pantry control could cause all issues. Did find sign of water by connector to pantry control. Showed customer and explained the control can be damaged and internal wiring corroded which would require control and door. Also found all wires cut in cable to pantry.Customer wants to try just replacing cable, understands it might not fix issue and that even if pantry control works there could still be other sources to other issues found. Customer is ok with taking the risk on this repair and then plans to replace unit if it ends up needing additional parts/labor; ordrng 1 W11170612 (Cable)"

"I suspect over filling issue causing ice maker to get stuck I reduced amount of water able to get to unit by adjusting set screw ice maker and fill valve are working fine as of now customer to monitor size of cubes. And function of ice maker unit is dispensing fine out of door as well. Fresh food temp is 37.8? freezer temp is -1.2?. If customer calls back for icemaker issue again order and replace icemaker again icemaker defective. Advise customer before calling for serviced unplugged unit refrigerator for a minimum of five minutes before calling for service. Allow 48 hours after unplugging. As of right now, icemaker is cycling and functioning properly ice bin is completely full of ice."
