"Complaint freezer is not cooling at all or lightly cooling. I found barely a frost pattern just on the cat tube entering into evaporator. I found unit appeared to have a full charge but a restriction at filter dryer. Isolated high side fold with nitrogen 150 psi needle never moved, within 15 minutes installed new filter dryer charged unit with 125 psi of nitrogen both high and low unit held pressure for 25 minutes. Needle never moved are use soapy bubbles inspecting for leaks could not find any leakage at this time and cabinetry charge unit with 46 g of refrigerantunit producing a full frost pattern going all the way down evaporator no further issues found at this; used 1 W11506635 (COUPLER 6 NF MS SV), and 1 W11109499 (FILTER DRIER-TUBE R600a) from stock"

"As explained to cs before, we would want to have the unit installed with a slight pitch back instead of forward as it will make water sit differently in unit and change surge patterns when washing. Whirlpool techline had confirmed. No changes had been made.Cs wanted me to pull out so he could see what I was talking about. Pulled unit out ( waterline had to be disconnected and valve does not shut off dully, so water turned off for house). Two board attached to floor to originally bring floor of dishwasher cabinet to level of linoleum. Explained either they could be removed or the trim work just above unit could be removed/adjusted to allow front to be raised. Unit hits the trim and prevents from going higher.If issues after that we can address, but first the unit has to be installed correctly.Understood that it ran for years without leaking before this, could have shifted, but cannot get front raised to proper position now."
