Went threw unit in diagnostics and found not noise checked compressor and set filter drier on an angle the noise could have been coming from the Freon in unit moving the drier will help stop some noise also added some sound dampening to suction line and adjusted line Incas it was making noise. Advised customer a video of the noise would help a lot as of not there is no noise or issue with unit from what I see advised if noise comes back to try and video it so we can hear where its coming from."

I discovered gearcase is leaking both water and gearcase oil and has flooded drive motor drive motor will barely spin in reverse mode but will not spin forward mode at all. "Ran for a day after last repair. Unit is doing same thing again, just worse. Open door lights blink, occasionally will run, but will be off for hours at a time.l, just clicking every second. Can hear it doing same thing with door closed, because something else is also trying to run when its a n for that second , pretty much a one second repeat. U/i is unresponsive and does same thing when disconnected from upper door harness, so independent of u/i. What I hear running is a damper motor, once in awhile it will run a little longer and can hear the damper run through cycle, but then just starts repeating again. Can disconnect everything but power from control and relay keeps clicking about every second.Same after unplugging/plugging in. 120vac coming to board measured at both black to white and black to red ( neutral through condenser fan and compressor.Called techline, had me just disconnect p9, and unit came on. "Cx complaint that the unit is not completing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f7e1 f4e3. I cleared the codes and started a service cycle. The unit filled and drained but there was no wash action. After a few minute the wash action suddenly start as normal. I removed the front panel and checked the wire harness and control, all seemed well. I started a normal cycle, the wash action did not start again initially. The unit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair. And collected the service call fee by CC."
