Use steam on the lower section of evaporator cover in fresh food section and was finally able to remove panel. Found fresh food section drain frozen. Defrost all ice from drain and found water would still linger at the top of drain which then I proceeded to pull unit out using slider and remove drain tube in rear compartment and all the water cane down.
