Replaced flapper assembly and now the flapper is shutting completely the ice bucket would not come out of door froze in there. I advised customer to take hair dryer and heat it up against the bucket so it will come loose. I also advised customer to take bucket off once a week and run hot water through it and clean all ice shavers out of chute area and bucket area. Crushed ice will cause more air problems than cubed. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)

Found new blower switch still activating without contact or if you just touch it the fan comes on. This is a on/off switch it should not come on by a bump or by itself the switch should have to be turned to the on position for it to work but this does not happen as it should any kind of touch to this switch activates the blower. This is a gas cooktop down draft on very expensive countertops customer is highly nervous about damages to countertop. Customer also says that sometimes the cook top when lighting center rear burner all burners just click and click. She has tried it herself and the burners have operated normal on all occasions with me watching. Found that the switch part number has changed to a new part number W11676792 blower switch PLEASE SEND JEFF BACK ON THIS CALL; ordrng 1 W11676792 (Switch) and 6 WPW10559494 (Burner knob grommet)s

"Put unit thru test with wet towels in basket with no detergent filled unit up with water and let it agitate about 10 minutes to allow towels to get get and saturated. Then I switched the machine over to drain and spin and let it spin out with the weight of towels and water in basket for 21 minutes thru the entire spin cycle I never had any metal to metal noise, the unit is going thru all cycles accordingly. Ran unit thru service mode no fault codes detected.I visually inspected motor and gear case pulleys and belt all were in normal working condition. I advised customer at this time there is nothing I can do because the unit is running normal.Did advise to please call our office if it happens again.(Call complete)"

"Repair covere by wp authorization. No errors in history. Cs thinks it needs a drain pump because a Best buy technician said so originally. Ran test cycle and unit went through beginning steps fine, Fill valves, drain working properly. Failed when actuator went to change position, making loud ratcheting sound when attempting to shift. replaced cam/actuator. Old cam was quite stiff when switching positions, internal ring rubbing against outer shell. New one working properly. Extra resistance was burning/stripping out actuator motors. Replaced cam and actuator, ran self test again and worked fine.; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"

Looks to dish placement with water bounces under door and leaking out front.
