Customer said he defrosted freezer and it was now operating properly. Checked and found that there was still ice buildup on evaporator coil. Also found that condenser coil was blocked with pet hair and dirty. Customer says that refrigerator is very hard to pull out of its location. Advised him that coil needs to be fully defrosted and that it could overflow drain pan. He said that he would manage to get refrigerator out and then allow it to defrost. All components checked good.

"51 in rf, 33 in fr. Fans/compressor not running.Compressor is very hot.. 17-18 ohms on compressor windings. No voltage to compressor. Unplugged unit and plugged back in, nothing. After about a minutes fan started running internally board blinking 3x in cycle. Eventually the compressor did kick on and light solid, running with a slow loud clicking, speed did pick up a little, also condensor fan not turning, when assisted it started to turn slowly, then stopped checked voltage and none.3 blinking light is sometimes a communication error, with no power to condensor fan looking at control boards, but with possible fan and compressor also being faulty. Measuring 125vac to compressor, compressor label says 160-210v. The fan is listed at 12dv and is getting none, blade itself turns stiffly.After about 20 minutes the compressor ramped up and getting 185vac. Fan did start again, measured 8vdc. Quoting for fan motor and main control plus labor. Denied. Collected for service call only:"
