I performed a control board calibration cycle per technical manual, and validated that there are no leaks occurring from washing machine. I did however, find that the drain pipe when the washing machine drains water out customers house is leaking in the wall tire, lower portion of laundry room has black mold growing, on all the drywall about a foot and a half up. no further issues found with washing machine at this time floor is extremely slick as a whole gallon of detergent was accidentally spilled on floor. By a cat per customer."

"Checked over unit due to customer getting a musty smell and some build up around agitator, removed agitator and found some staining and build up checked under tub and found clean ran unit thew a wash cycle to make sure everything was operating and unit is washing strong and properly. Advised customer on cleaning unit regularly with affresh and some vinegar to stop build up advised there will always be some stains and build up in agitator parts this is normal its just from soap. Checked all other functions and unit is operating to specs"

I found a crack in the tub near the float switch and the base of the motor is separating. The unit needs a new tub, pump motor and assembly and new gaskets to resolve the issue. The cx needs to get another drain tube, the tube is full of debris. Im ordering the parts for the return visit. There is 121v across L1 & L2, there should be 240v. There is 0v at L1 to ground & 121v at L2 to ground. There is also 121v at neutral to ground. There is 243v at L2 & neutral. The outlet needs to be corrected to resolve the issue. There is nothing wrong with the unit."
