Complaint dishwasher does not seem to dry dishes all the time properly. I found upon arrival clean light on heater still extremely hot to the touch all ceramic and glasses and silverware are extremely dry except for certain bowls and cups that have a rim with water pooling in the well of the dish. Normal operation and plastics that have condensation on them as well normal operation as plastic does not retain heat allowing for condensation to form leaving dish damp. "Complaint whenever fan is running on the microwave and I am cooking on the front two burners anything that has a lot of moisture in it. Steam will accumulate on the outer door panel and drip back down into the pots. Not sucking steam outside properly. I found microwave its a 220 CFM rated microwave, that is plunged deep into the cabinetry, allowing the front burners of the cooktop to protrude past the bottom of the microwave, allowing for excessive moisture to accumulate on the outer door panel of the microwave. No issues found with the micro venting system at this time."

Complaint that the unit is still leaking water from the back of the IM box. Found no ice buildup on the ice maker drainage but found that it needed extra sealing from the IM drain to the tube to the wall. Auger motor box I adjusted to slide all the way in til it clicked in place. Tested once more for leaks on the drainage and all good. No leak during filling up.

Customer complaint is that washer is noisy and is shakes. Ran diagnostics and found error codes F0e2 oversuds. F5e2 lock failure. Customer added a load on Quick Wash Cycle and washer skipped from 7 minutes to 3 minutes. Added more water then drain and filled again at 2 minutes. Washer went from 1 minute to zero without spinning. Ran drain and spin and washer went into high speed spin after correcting off balance load. Washer washer makes noise coming from rotor/stator.
