Found drain line is very high exceeding 6ft, contacted tech support and they confirmed through photo visual that drain line is to high. This can cause to much water to siphon back into the tub which can re-wet the clothes and/or cause the tub to go off balance effectively causing the clothes to not spin out. Advised customer to have a plumber investigate the drain to see if anything can be done to lower the stand pipe, also provided customer with SR # listed below to contact customer service for any further guidance. "Tested and manually cycled ice maker. Noted that bale arm was partially up on arrival, not in lock position but not fully down. Ice maker completed cycle and filled properly. Called tech line spoke to Daniel SR# 7740703708Checked freezer temperature, running at 0. All fans and door switches operating properly. Tested thermistor at board, tested good. He advised that it could have been because bale arm was out of position or it could be a control board issue. He advised now that bale arm is in proper position to allow 48 to 72 hours for ice production. If still no ice to order control. Advised customer of findings and possibility that it might need control. Collected for service call on cc."
