"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the units compressor, evap fan and condenser fan are running. I removed the evap cover and found the thermistor was not resting on the evap coil, the thermistor clip was loose. I secured the thermistor and clip to the coil with a zip tie and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I left the part with the cx."

"Cx complaint that the unit is build frost in the FC and the RC is not cooling well. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the FC cabinet liner the the inner cabinet have large gap allowing warm air to enter the area. The FC door gasket is sealing fine. I applied silicone, the FC is good to go. The RC air outlets at the roof of the RC are clogged with ice, most likely from the FC air issue. I removed the ice with my steamer and tested the unit for the cx. While doing so I noticed the cabinet liner on the bottom of the RC has a huge gap about the width of my pinky. The gap can not be resolve with silicone, the gap is too large. I call techline to document and took photos. The gap in the RC liner is the reason for the RC cooling issue.Sr7737219506"
