"Tested unit and found machine would make a loud thumping noise wile in a spin and agitation also would randomly start to squeal when spinning, ran a spin cycle and found unit thumping checked stator and rotor and found rotor bolt coming off causing rotor to fall down and not make a connection causing the noises, reattached with lock tight and unit is now spinning properly, checked the squealing noise and it would not make the noise for me advised customer it could be the gearcase making noise due to the shaft dropping down an rubbing customer going to watch unit for now and will let us know on issue with squealing if it comes back they will need a new Gearcase"

Unit doesnt finish preheating on either oven before the ambers start flashing. Move to a different setting and move back after a few minutes per customer on google. Then the unit will finish and bake. The customer also states that oven will not always start when button is pushed and will have to turn selector switch to convection bake and then turn it back and hit start button. At this time Ive preheated the large oven to 350 and small oven to 425 to see if I can get unit to duplicate problem. Fault code F6 E4 and F8 E0 replacing controls they have 5 yr part warranty that expires in December of 2024. 3 controls will be covered.
