"Service call covered by authorization W1BMLG1WL1 .Complaint of unit not shutting off, keeps running with wash light on. Happened after a cycle ended wet, tried to spin out and occurred. Had unplugged/plugged in and ran quick wash, did same near end of cycle. F2e1 only error in history. Ran diagnostic cycle.Completed fine.Ran second time and completed fine. Recalibrated and ran third time fine, unit empty but tipping to do visual inspection caused unit to go into manual drain and if going into repeated manual drains could be what unit is doing. Lower visual inspection fine, all looks good. Suspension tests fineAlso goes into drains each time entering diagnostic cycle and ran intermittently during recalibration in section of test it normally does not, still running after cycle complete Pressure tube is clear, no damage found to tube.Documented with techline.Gave findings and issues. "Complaint unit keeps chiming wont stop every ten 15 mins . Also keeps boot looping will not stop boot. Looping issue was a DC voltage issue for sure whenever the lights come on fan motor comes on or water is trying to be dispensed from the door or ice is being trying to be dispensed from the door, unit will also start boot looping againinterior light goes off for 10 seconds and then comes right back on unit is making ice and is cold still inside the refrigerator. Unit does have proper voltage as of right now as well.
