Tested unit and found washer would not start a wash cycle unit would come on and never lock causing unit to not wash. Ran diagnostics and found lid lock error F5e3 checked in diagnostics and found lock not moving just clicking lock faulty. "Tested unit and found machine leaking water again randomly, checked over machine for leaking water and could not see any dripping or leaking wile running a heavy load, went threw all connection and found rear vent on tub looked to be where water was over flowing and coming out onto floor, adjusted tube and added a piece of tape to stop from leaking advised customer on using to much soap and cleaning unit regularly. Advised customer Could not see any leaking wile there and running unit as of now machine is working to specs"

"Tested unit an found water dripping in fridge section, removed cover and found ice building up on evap causing water to drip. Melted all ice and forced unit into a defrost cycle unit is defrosting, checked all thermistors and found working properly and sensing as designed, found evap had fallen down from clips reattached and placed unit into an automatic defrost cycle advised customer to watch unit is any water or ice is forming plz call back advised to give 24 hrs so temps can regulate"

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud noise while running. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I used the selector switch key and put the unit into diagnostics. I ran test 10 for the dryer for about 15 minutes. The noise came eventually, its the blower wheel scraping as it turns. Complaint freezing in fridge. Fridge is set to 1 temp inside fridge is 36. Pressures good. Adjusted the freezer temp to min. And needs more product in unit. Unit tested ok.

Unit has a gas leak from the junction of the gas line to the regulator. Applied thread seal torqued line unit is fully operational with no leaks.

Units fresh food evaporator cover is frosting up due to air intrusion into the fridge from faulty gaskets. Unit also has ice melting in the bin from intrusion through the ice chute. Quoted 782.88 customer needs to think on it.

"Customer states all the dishes washed in the unit are cloudy and the machine has a residue in it. Unit has no rinse aid instructed customer on proper use and care of the unit. Ran sanitize cycle all units functions are normal. Customer is using old compromised soap instructed customer that new detergent will help with the issue customer makes soap for a living and uses the dishwasher to clean the pans. Contacted Techline, Techline states the soap left in the pans will cause residue because it is not dish detergent sr#7736538598"

Upon inspection found has frost buildup in the fresh food. Customer states freezer thawed but has since started cooling again. Frost buildup caused by the evaporator coil not defrosting correctly. Complained leaked a decent amount of water a couple of times couldnt duplicate issue today over sudsing occurring ran a quick wash customer did a load after I left and it didnt leak

Complaint gasket is broken. Top left of the gasket broke off the clips. Needs new gasket. Called whirlpool techline sr#7736534675. Called safety they approved a one time auth for parts and labor to replace the gasket. Auth w179w60wpl1. Replaced gasket tested ok.
