It is a tube style reservoir which can freeze easier and would explain intermittent operation, nothing blocking by upper vent. On arrival I replaced both controls and preheated unit. While testing both ovens after installation the ovens preheated fine but customer began to complain about another issue they were having with connection on broiler pan. Customers story about unit also changed every time I asked him what was going on. Tested broiler pan and found that sometimes it has a bad connection. Error message came up on ui saying that pan had come disconnected. Slightly pushed pan into port and it preheated properly. Told customer to clean port that broiler pan connects to for better performance. Customer got angry with me and told me to leave as I was trying to explain.
