Replaced encoder and main control board. All operations are now working properly performed a diagnostic cycle on unit and a calibration control board cycle as well. Everything sounded normal upon departure.

I replaced icemaker perform test 120 icemaker cycled with no errors cycled test 97 water fill test verified no overflow or leakage occurring at this time. No further issues found with refrigerator at this time. Had refrigerator power cycled off to reset previous E2 error code.

Complaint burning smell last Sunday while dishwasher was in use. I found dishwasher main control had experienced a thermal event leading to odor. I called tech line 7740452173 file number tech line. I also called safety team file number 7740433087. Unit deemed non repairable due to cost and age. Unless customer wants to pay for repair customer declined repair.

"Went threw ice maker and found ice clumping up in bin causing it to not dispense, checked ice maker ice mold and found ice in it would come out in a big sheet never coming out as ice cubes cycled ice maker and unit dumped ice but same issue half big pieces ice maker is twisting normally. Ran diagnostics and checked ice maker filling finding unit fills up to correct line tested thermistor is ice maker and all passed. All doors are sealing and fans running ice maker fan seal is good against door fan is sucking in air and blowing out, Unit needs the updated controls witch fixes clumping ice and sabbath mode quoted customer on parts and labor he will call whirlpool customer service for help on this issue and let us know on outcome"

Complaint unit is not cooling properly. Found that cabinet is too tight in built in causing the freezer door not to close properly causing condensation to build up on back wall. This is an install issue. Tried calling Techline to document but I was on hold for 30 minutes.

Also found drain tube is a unique situation where the tube runs through a concrete wall and is about 6 extra feet to the stand pipe in the other room. Ck unit upon arrival per customer unit is taking longer to bake than normal. Per customer when she normally bake her cookies and cake and set a timer the cake and cookies would be fully cook when timers goes off. Advance cycle into bake and unit reaches bake temp on screen but when check with temperature coupler unit shows 343 degrees and element would shut off and temperature would drop to 338 degrees. Shut unit off cycle and offset temperature in setting to 5 degrees plus. And advance cycle once again and probe reaches 361 degrees and monitor temperature from probe and each time element cycle off temperature would drop to 352 degrees before relay relay would click and element would cycle on again unitnoperwting to specs

"Complaint washing machine is leaking. Will no longer power on anymore. Was making a very loud roaring noise. I found your case bearings and seal have failed causing water to leak all over motor and all electronic parts underneath washing machine shorting out main control board. Arrived and advised customer unit was out of warranty customer had thought the paper work said December not November advised customer he can call manufacturer and try to get them to cover it it is close to the date of one year if not we would have to charge parts and labor or service fee quoted customer and he did not want to pay

Complaint unit is not making ice. Found on arrival ice maker had ice in it. E5 error code on ice maker. Cleared codes and tested. Ice maker filled and harvested properly. All other component tested fine on unit. All fans working properly and unit holding temperature properly.

Complaint unit is not heating. Found on arrival that unit is not getting proper voltage. Only 60 volts present at terminal.

Inspected and found main control board no longer get into a high spin and drain pump making noise. Customer will call Brian to work out.

Customer stated icemaker not working. Found harness to heater was pulled off when sliding in right side upper ceiling cover. Was pulled off when installing part. Hooked up heater ran harvest and fill. Verified proper operation.

"Replaced gasket, warmed in sink and steamed out remaking wrinkles when on door, sealing properly. Instructed to leave closed for next 4-6 hours."

"Complaint microwave will not turn on. I found incoming voltage is proper and correct. Customer was in the middle of cooking when microwave made a loud pop and turned off. I found latch board assembly is heavily worn down due to normal wear and tear. I found latch hooks built into the door or no longer the same length one is more worn down than the other one and has flattened out not allowing unit to create a tight closure when door is closed. When monitor switch failed, causing a cascade effect leading to fuse blowing leading to control board damage. Primary relay will not activate anymore. Unit will need switch assembly. All the switches door assembly that includes latch hook assembly as it comes with the door and main control. as well as fuses. No additional issues seem at this time. Complaint dishwasher leaked water all over floor. I found someone had installed a screw through the tub after hinge pin broke allowing dishwasher to leak all over floor. Unit will need a new tub assembly. "I could not get dishwasher to leak. I suspect an over sudsing condition caused dishwasher to leak from the door as there is still soap residue, and upon starting the dishwasher unit had heavy sudsing inside of dishwasher. after draining dishwasher twice and filling it again sudsing disappeared. Unit never leaked while I was at house except once when I opened the door mid cycle when it was experiencing, the sudsing condition had been on sensing wash. Three hour and 35 minutes cycle. if customer calls back for water leaking again, and there are no sudsing will need bottom door, seal, and door gasket."
