Customer complained of f8e4 error. Found drip tray had a little water in it. No signs of water damage or leaks on floor. Ran unit through quick wash cycle. Unit completed cycle with no leaks at all. Informed customer unit could have leaked due to dishes causing splashing or waves from improper loading or possible sud buildup. Made sure unit is level with slight tilt so that water doesnt spill over edge through funnels into drip tray. Unit is working as designed. Informed customer unit has no leaks detected. Customer says it cant be suds and isnt happy with results and doesnt want to have to deal with this. Informed customer unit is working and designed. Make sure during was that unit doesnt have a buildup of suds and to properly load unit to prevent issues with water spilling into drip tray.

"Cx complaint of allegedly smelling gas from the range. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit was tagged by the gas company stating here may be a potential leak. The tenant had the same issue with another range a few months ago, no leaks were found or parts replaced. The LL replaced the range, ironically now there is a similar issue. I called WP safety to document the issue. Im ordering a new manifold as an attempt to resolve the issue. It would be best for the cx to convert to an electric stove considering the continually issues with the gas ranges.; ordrng 1 W11509597 (Manifold)"

Cx complaint that the units MW does not start. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the door switch is intermittently engaging. If I press the top right side of the door the MW starts. When I release the pressure on the top right side the MW often stops. The unit needs a new MW interlock switch harness to resolve the issue. The return visit needs to be 2 ct to pull out the unit. I quoted the cx and collected the service call fee by CC.

Checked voltage , found L1 to L2 has 240 v, L1- neutral has 208 v, and L2 - neutral has 120v. Too much voltage to L1 to neutral. Pigtail is wired correctly. Complaint ui has buttons that will no longer function or light up when pressed unit leaking water all over floor has caused buckling of the floor and severe warpage. Unit making loud grinding noise as well. I found heavy duty and hi temp buttons on stainless steel ui are failing must press extremely hard to make functional. I found wash motor seal has completely failed causing leak metallic debris under motor are prevalent due to motor failure.
