Checked auger and found ice jammed up not allowing auger to move, advised if not using all of ice to dump and let unit make new this will stop from sticking together. It was open when I started the test and did not close when I exited the test. I heard the damper motor hum but there was no movement. TS said I have one but its not on my van, I called Jen to inform her of the inaccuracy. I used a pick to force the door close, the door close with no issues. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed. However I did hear a loud rattling sound during spin and agitate. I checked under the unit and found the shield bent making contact with the clutch while it rotates. The tub shakes excessively during spin, the suspension and shield needs to be replaced to resolve the issue.
