Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit off when I arrived. I turned the power on and the compressor gave a loud buzz then clicked and stopped. I swapped the start device. It ran longer than before but eventually clicked and shut off again. The cx also said when it was cooling heavy condensation would build on the top of the FC door gasket. I replaced damper control motor cannot duplicate while in home evap fan motor damper compresser condenser fan motor are all operating as well as ice maker with no abnormal noises as of now but I suspect it may be ice maker because noise lasts 3-5 mins once every 3-9 hrs. "Complaint top section of refrigerator does not seem to be cooling properly. All the milk and everything rotted Molon strip was warm to the touch. Freezer seem to be over cooling on setting number two unplugged refrigerator has been unplugged since yesterday morning over 24 hours. I plugged in refrigerator tested operations evaporator is producing a full frost pattern going all the way down and fresh food section is opening and closing properly unit has proper airflowof freezer and fresh food section are both empty icemaker per customer was ice just fine. Cannot find any issues with refrigerator cooling at this time. Temperature coming out of fresh food vent is -2?. Before departure I placed two bottles of water and fresh food section advised customer to get ice cream and put it in the freezer section and monitor for cooling issues. Unit had already dispense water before departure. No ice as it was not cold enough yet because I just plugged in refrigerator, tested for over 35 minutes no more noises heard either"

Also found freezer door screws due to the door hitting the gasket had worked themselves loose cosmetics black out trim gasket. I resecured screws resecured door re-aligned refrigerator tested operations doors closing smooth no further issues found and door gasket is ceiling fine.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not working for any steam functions. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, the components activation did not work. When attempting a steam cycle the screen displays descaling required. I ran a descale cycle, it did not progress past step 1 of 3. I ran a convection cycle, the unit heated fine. Im ordering a control board and drain pump related to the descaling function. Install the control and UI first, other parts may not be needed. Cx stated the Wi-Fi is having trouble connecting, the control may resolve that issue as well. "Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the compressor and fans running fine. The evap fan works fine. I ran test 6, the defrost heater activated and sizzled with no issues. An 8 hr defrost cycle was already selected in test 7. I removed the ice and found the thermistor in the correct position. Im ordering a control board to resolve the issue. A harness has already been replace and the defrost heater works fine. ; ordrng 1 W11595219 (Control board)"
