"Cx complaint that the unit is occasionally tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a 90 second cycle. The unit completed the cycle but did trip the breaker when it stopped. I checked the control and seen what appeared to be excessive sealant gel on multiple relays which is abnormal. I ran another cycle for 30 & 60 seconds, neither one tripped the breaker. I did a 3rd attempt for 90 seconds and the breaker tripped. I does not blow the fuse just trips the breaker. With the issue being intermittent the unit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx."

I found customers in incoming voltage was not proper unit had 1.3 V across red and white wire 124.3 V across black and white wire, which is why user interface would display Unit not heat discovered customers house breaker would start hissing when burners were turned into the on position. Customer needs to get voltage, checked and voltage issue fixed. I was able to get proper voltage to oven temporarily to validate. Everything is working properly. Left oven, completely unplugged and breaker in off position before departure."

"All sections are warm, above room temp service n freezer areas, compressor is running hot. Unit is in spot that cannot just be rolled out to access, rear, needs to be slid to side around island. Took photos and moved minimum necessary to get behind unit. This is same as unit was running before last repair. No leaks found at serviced joints.Sealed system repair requiredWould order both evaporators and compressor as either leak or restriction. Cs does not want repaired and wants replaced. She is attempting to do that through PC Richards. "Replaced gas valve and igniter and unit not igniting. Verified has is on ands there is gas pressure there.Thermostat, overload, flame sensor test with connectivity, thermistor at 9.7 k. Unit clicks , igniter cones on, clicks again and igniter goes off but no gas, not lighting.120vac at blue and yellow on three connector solenoid, 120 brown and white on two wire solenoid. Verified gas is at connector to gas valve. Igniter stays on if jumped flame sensor, but does not light.Called tech line and went through tests, their determination is faulty safety valve, or gas line pressure and advised to replace valve and have gas pressure checked if issue after that as Samsung did not have any other solutions.Office to contact cs when parts come in to schedule return.; ordrng 1 DC62-00201A (Gas valve)"

Upon arrival entered model and serial number. Customer had delivery recipes so used it for warranty also unit has manufactured date of 2024. Customer was elderly woman and said light in top was not working. Informed her after inspection that freezer section did not have a light. She was pointing at the icemaker plug cover. Informed her and showed her by removing cover temporarily that that is for the icemaker plug. Unit working as designed otherwise. She had a lot of complaints about the delivery team. Informed her she would have to talk to the company that delivered the unit that we were Advantage appliance and were sent by whirlpool to repair issues and had nothing to do with install ion team.
