Complaint not cooling in the fresh food section not cooling in the freezer zone section had to throw away a bunch of food. I found evaporator was completely frozen over due to a defrost wire that was unplugged brown wire at Molex connector high secured connector after plugging it in. I glued connector in place to ensure connector could not ever come back out again I defrosted and verified heater is working in test 13. I also verified evaporator is producing a full frost pattern. No cooling issues found at this time. Allow 12 to 24 hours for unit to get down to temperature properly.

Case oil I found bearing on the lower shaft. Has completely failed. Causing rotor to rub stater. Also found slider clutch has been rubbing electromagnetic clutch as well. Due to lower shaft bearing. I found and replaced gear case clutch slider, rotor agitator I performed a calibration test test 52. No additional issues found with wash machine. Wash machine is spinning. Perfectly fine and quietly. Wash machine agitating perfectly fine as well with no issues. Customer had hot water turned off at valve This machine requires hot water to work properly. Be turned on. No additional issues found with washing machine at this time. "I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is still not working correctly. The wash motor and door switch work fine. All components from the brown connector are not working. The control is getting 122v. I found error codes; f6e4 f8e2. The float switch is in place and the drain pump has ohms within range (37ohms). I did a continuity check and found the drain pump and float switch connectors were reversed, all the wires on the brown connector have good continuity. I called techline to document the issue, tech support agreed that the reversal of the float switch and drain pump connectors probably blew the brown connector relay both times. After the tub replacement I put the connectors in the wrong place, with both being brown and close to each other. The unit needs a new control board, Im ordering it for the return visit.Sr7736590932; ordrng 1 W11637581 (Control board)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice and there is a loud buzzing sound. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The fc temp is a little warm (11 degrees), rc is good (38degrees). I ran multiple tests for Th IM: 57,56,45,36 & 15. All passed except 36 for the ice box fan, the speed is very low. I ran the evap fans, the noise is from the evap fan hitting the ice building up. "Bottom drawer in rf froze, rest of rf too warm, freezer seems to be fine.Verified fr fan is running.Fr Evap cover frozen, steamed and able to get outer cover off, styrofoam cover frozen in place, steamed for a bit but not moving. Fan not running and no ice interfering . Able to get to Evap fan plug and getting 13vdc there, pulled fan out and after turning by hand it started up and kept blowing after that. Bad Evap fan.Continued steaming until rest of Evap cover came off, not overly blocked with ice and drain had clogged, so looks like defrost is working, steamed clear drain and quoted for just Evap fan and labor; ordrng 1 WR60X26866 (Evap fan rf)"
