"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint that unit had stopped mid cycle and since has been spinning too fast, not stopping cycles. Worked fine for her but n quick wash.No errors in history. Ran diagnostic cycle and completed fine.Stopping mid cycle would be normal if unbalanced load. With no error codes and running tests fine, cannot duplicate other complaint or find source if unit in error, but unit not stopping at end of cycle would likely be main control board.Unit an normal cycle through fill and into wash fine. Ran drain and spin cycle and operating fine.Suspension good, lower assembly inspection all looks good.Being under warranty offered to order main control for intermittent issue, but after hearing how unit works and what things could stop cycle and not errors or issues found, cs will use as is and monitor.; schdld next appmnt for 7/1 MON AM"

"Complaint heavy grinding noise wont wash wont do anything but flash now. I found error codes F7 e5 error shifter fault rotorF7 e6 motor unable to spin open winding Noise coming from unit when trying to go into spin. Replaced hub and did not fix noise. Found that gear in transmission is rubbing against outside of transmission. Need transmission, clutch kit, belt, and actuator. "Tested unit and found freezer making a rattling noise and it would get louder then stop then make noise again, traced noise and found coming from condenser fan and motor bracket. Found fan rattling adjusted to stop noise found fan blade had moved forward on shaft adjusted fan to sit properly checked noise and unit is now running normally advise customer on unit has no legs and if adding some shims to back of machine this will bring it forward and help from sitting on the frame and stop noise. Advised he may need to replace fan and fan motor due to vibrating and off balance quoted and the6 will let us know on repair"

"Checked over unit and found freezer had shut down and customer lost everything, checked cooling and found unit coming right on when plugging in checked evap and found frosting up normally, ran unit thew a diagnostics and found heater coming on and 120v preset when running. Replaced thermistors on evaporator and cabinet advised customer when unit is unplugged hard to see whats wrong but this is the 4 time its randomly died she is requesting and replacement unit witch should be done due to losing food issue and customer cannot trust unit any more with the price of food. advised customer she needs to speak with warranty company the unit is working and I cant find any issue as of now with it replaced thermistors to be safe if unit shits down again advised to not unplug and leave alone to see whats wrong. Unit is working normally as of today she will keep an eye on it and make sure its ok ; used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR), and 1 WPW10383615 (THERMISTOR,FC) from stock"

Im ordering a new inverter board and control board to resolve the issue. The unit heats, however the MW light turns on and off even with the door closed. When a MW is cycle is started it runs for about 5 seconds then stops.; ordrng 1 W11325786 (MW control board) and 1 W11578579 (Inverter board)"
