"Cx complaint that the unit is not draining. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, the unit had water in the tub. The was cleared but it smelled bad. I ran the drain pump and the unit drained fine with no issues. I checked the drain tube while running the sink water, I noticed the water returning to the DW. I adjusted the drain tube to have a high loop siphon and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

I found the IM fill tube was not fully extended to enter the IM. I extended the fill tube to make to sure the water fully enters the IM and tested the unit for the cx. Found heater operating normally and unit drying as designed advised customer unit will leave some moisture on dishes with a regular drying cycle may need to use extended dry or crack the door open when done to help remove moisture in tub. Unplugged and updated software, said completed successfully.Replaced compressor and drier, pulled into a vacuum, held for 10+ minutes. Charged with 5.2 oz r134a. Unit not cooling, not pulling vacuum, staying around 5 and 85 on high side. Pulled refrigerant and charged again and simular, no cool. Spoke with Randy possible obstruction, though should eventually pull vacuum, possible bad compressor. Reordering compressor, will mark jig and Evap to bring back just in case.Did collect for jig as that was not collected for initially. "Complaint dryer making horrible banging noise unit in a residential household. I found rear idlers have worn down through the idler pins supports. I also found drum has a crack in the rear seam. I found drive belt has come apart and become tangled, locking up, idler, pulley as well, causing a flat spot to form in idler pulley. I am ordering parts drum will be shipped directly to customer customer to call us as soon as drum comes in. No additional issues found with dryer at this time. Dryer is heating with no issues.
