"Customer complained unit shut off before drain spin, but would go into drain spin in its own mode, /founf f8e1 error, ran service mode and all functions working . Cold /hot valves working and no sediment in filters. Drain pump working, pressure hose in place and no holes or cuts in it. Ran quick was on cold water. "Took back panel off on arrival and found bolt broken off in tub. Installed new tub, rotor, stator, hardware for stator, and rotor/stator bolt. Tested unit and calibrated unit. Found that heater was leaking slightly from factory. Tightened down heater and tested and calibrated again. Left all old parts with customer. Unit tested fine with no leaks. No other issues at this time."

Dishwasher was full of water on arrival. Tested drain pump and found that it was locked up. Extracted water and found fabric and toothpick jammed in drain pump. Tested drain pump after extracting pieces and drain pump tested fine. Adjusters on top rack were broker and requested to be replaced. Replaced adjusters and tested top rack. Everything locked into place and slid in and out properly. Customer declined repair on dispenser. Chose to use work around instead. ; used 1 W10712395 (ADJUSTER) from stock

Complaint front right wont stop clicking. Taking a long time to ignite. Center burner incomplete burn causing gas smell. No leaks. Found that cast iron burner caps were switched. Center cap was where the front right was supposed to be. Switched burner caps back to where they were supposed to be. Found that ignitor was also bent. Customer did not want to repair ignitor. No other issues found.

Complaint freezer not working. Freezer not cooling at all on arrival. Fridge is also starting to not cool properly. Tested 3 way valve and it sounded louder than usual. Also ball of ice was located on freezer evaporator. Temperature in freezer is 15 degrees.
