He is referring to engineering for replacement. Advised customer that Whirlpool should be in contact with her in 3 to 5 business days. Using same SR from previous calls."

"Cs had electrician come out and said everything is correct, that nuetral and ground will have connectivity.Prior work:Original issue display went out, console ordered. defective and found control had corrosion.Control and console replaced.Couple days later we returned for f9e0 error. wiring was found to be correct and tech also got a F1e1 error.Control replaced for 2nd time, received f9e0 in testing, tech line was called and was told to replace control, maybe incorrect part.Control replaced for third time.Previous f9e0 looked to have come up when in bake, this call had it occurring when burners used. Spark module ordered and installed following visit, but gave f9e0 when testing bake. "Returned to install new UI . Installed new UI, ran unit and after about 5 min f8e1 returned. Ran fan test and both high and low fan working, called techline. While on hold w techline Double checked readings and found continuity through harness, no short to ground on harness. Found proper voltage at p5-5 to neutral and p5-4 to neutral . For both fan speeds. P4-1 to p4-2 is 5v dc. Ran fan in diagnostic and both fan speeds are running fan. Techline had me check continuity through hall sensors had continuity through all hall sensors to board. Techline wanted me to order fans again and upper fan for the first time.
