Pulled out diverter and found ok checked control and ran a diagnostics cycle finding unit would just error out and would not get past drain cycle. Control and diverter faulty they need to be replaced customer just purchased the unit and under 48 hrs ago and will be calling home depot for a replacement unit witch should be done machine is brand new. "Complaint not dispensing water from door hollow ice. Slow to make ice. Found water issue is due to heavy construction in neighborhood. New construction developer has broken ground on 450 new homes in neighborhood. Lots of settlement in water filter after shaking filter out. Water is extremely cloudy has lots of white debris, floating and water coming out of original filterand black as well as gray And red particulate, customer had a new water filter. I installed it for customer. I inspected waterlines made sure nothing was pinched. I inspected icemaker. Customer did have a power outage yesterday per customer power was out for 27 hours. Icemaker did cycle fine for me while I was in Home heavy water leakage from ice dispenser from ice that had melted over the past 27 hours."

Cx complaint that the unit is not washing the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f4e3 f7e1. I cleared the codes and tested the unit for the cx. The unit filled and drained but there was no wash action. The unit needs a new sump motor to resolve the issue. I replaced the sump with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx.
