Arrived and found the outside of the ice room had been sealed NOT the inside where its supposed to be. In order to correct this issue the ice maker and auger must be removed the entire bottom left edge of the INSIDE on the ice room is supposed to be sealed. Performed repair and contacted the contract company to update them on what I found and what I did.

"Replaced both hinges per Techline recommended repair. Door does not slam shut and will stay open. Sound still there. Per customer, whirlpool told her that are company deem the unit repairable. Door corrected but the popping sound still occurs. Advised customer to contact whirlpool for further assistance. If the door needs to be worked on again every screw will need to be ordered as well. The door has been taken apart so many times that the screws are stripped."

Found vent kinked and poor connection arrangement to house venting, cut vents and reconfigured connection, verified flow to outdoor vent. Left unit pulled out further to help prevent kinks. "I found previous servicing agency did not know how to braze. I found a complete restriction at filter dryer and incomplete solder joint at filter dryer. I found restriction at compressor I found compressor running in a vacuum. I found compressor is producing low pressure on high side discharge line 32 psi compressor has failed making an abnormal noise as well. Will need filter dryer, compressor, three-way valve assembly and evaporators. Will have to remove doors on fresh food section potential clogged drain corrosion everywhere from water leaking flooring damage as well found copper tubing is turning black on suction line may be pinholes in suction line ; ordrng 1 WPW10143759 (Filter drier) and 1 W11575003 (Valve) and 1 W10832994 (Compressor) and 1 W11087200 (Inverter) and 1 WPW10608485 (Evaporator) and 1 W11492867 (Evaporator)"

"Complete dryer is heating, but not drying. Found to have a vent clogged issue in the wall going up to roof found that temperatures are extremely high when hose is connected and temperature dropped dramatically. The second hose is disconnected when hose is connected unit blows vent out of filter screen into your face With hose disconnected. Let goes and collects on screen. No issues found with dryer ran time dry verified all proper operations."

Complaint washing machine leaking from unknown location underneath whenever it is a use seems to be all the time. I found no leaks or no issues at this time with washing machine. I did find while using the washing machine for testing during testing the dryer hose connecting to the washer and dryerstarted pouring out. I found customer will need to have hoses replaced. Hoses are not covered under warranty.
