"Checked over unit and found freezer would not get below 40 degrees checked compressor and found running and pulling heat, chcked pressures with gauge and found unit dropping slowly on low side found some oil on floor but could not trace it, finally found low side line had a pin hole and was spraying out oil I found with light, cut out leak and refilled unit with 89 grams of r600. Chcked frosting and found unit frosting up and getting below 40 advised customer to watch unit for 24 hrs and check temps if any issue call back and I will call tech support for further assistance"

"Cs was out on arrival, running another call and will see if I can return. Returned. Unit is under 1yr wp warranty. Cs says steam refresh the clothes are dry since last repair, but still gets a leaking out the front door when it runs.Tested empty and verified the leaking out the door, left side. When pushed in from the bottle left of door it stopped leaking. Tweaked door and same, swapped door to open opposite direction. Tested longer and found even when pushed in it still leaked. Raised front legs and same.Attempted to lessen water pressure, uses y to goto water Asher and dryer so after lessen flow I ran washer to make sure it wouldnt error out with the lower flow. It did normal wash on tap cold ok, obviously longer fill times. Same leaking out door with reduced pressure. Called techline. Documented and to replace nozzle/valve/hose assy again. If that does not resolve have cs call whirlpool with Sr#Sr#7740222508Office to contact to schedule return ; ordrng 1 W11267102 (Valve/hose assy) and 1 W11230609 (Nozzle)"

"Customer complaint unit was not cooling. had another company come out and he installed a inverter board upon arrival. Compressor was very loud hot to touch. Inspected inverter board and as I was pulling inverter off compressor started cutting on and off by itself found one of the posts on the compressor had broken off, possibly from overheating not sure ordering compressor filter, dryer, lockring parts , process valve and putting in for 2X timeframe. Inform customer office will call when parts come in to schedule.
