"Checked over unit due to same issue machine keep running never competes a cycle, checked for errors and found F7e7 motor unable to reach targeted rpms, replaced control, cam and actuator recalibrated unit and ran machine thew a wash cycle with clothes, wile running found unit seemed to be straining it self checked voltage at control and 115 v was present let unit continue and found when unit would drain in the spin the voltage would get down to 100v from the pump connected to the sink of house. Connected washer to a different plug and unit is now getting 120v and when spinning only dripping to 117v witch is normal, advised customer to run unit and it should be good now if any issue after fixing voltage they will need a second opinion"

"Ran diagnostics and found errors F7e4 f0e0 F7e1 f7e3 ran a factory cycle and found washer would just sit there never advancing, checked actuator and cam and found actuator would move but cam would stay in place and actuator would jump, checked cam and found cam had split in half causing it to jam up and never move. Replaced cam and actuator due to faulty recalibrated unit and ran several wash cycles, unit is now washing and working to proper specs ; used 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT), and 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"
