Complaint dishwasher is not heating. Not drying dishes I found error code 71 incoming water too cold dishwasher is designed to disable the heating element. If incoming water is too cold. After multiple attempts water heating problem must be corrected or dishwasher will disable heating element again. Advised customer to always run hot water at sink faucet before starting the dishwasher. Also advise customer to use rinse agent as well to help improve drying performance as tub is a plastic tub dishwasher. Heating on it is working properly getting up to 380?F in diagnostics mode. No further issues found with dishwasher after clearing error code at this time.

"Complaint washing machine not draining, making a loud loud, grinding noise screen randomly start flashing and go blank sometimes will be full of water at the end of the cycle. We have to unplug replug washing machine back in and then Ill drain the water out and work sometimes issue has been going on for about a week and a half now . I found drive motor has excessive play and bearings. I also found control board and diagnostics keeps killing itself. Complaint not making ice in upper ice maker made about a dozen cubes then stopped. I found fill tube heater was not secured to fill tube at ice maker box. I properly secured tape heater applied insulation material per tech line tested operation verified unit is producing a full thick frost pattern across evaporator core. Tested water flow heard lower ice maker dump ice and fill with water without placement into diagnostics moved a few items that were hindering freezer door from closing all the way to customers chest freezer no further issues found at this time no defrost or cooling issues reported by customer.

Complaint unit making a thumping noise. I found baffle come unscrewed or was not properly secured from the factory. I tightened baffle attaching to drum tested operations. No further issues found with dryer today no more abnormal noises.

Complaint dryer takes two or more cycles to dry clothing is getting very hot. I tested dryer cycle temperatures are 225? dropping down to 138? is not pulling dryer vent test kit card off. Flap outside is not opening either while dryer is running. Venting restriction found.
