Customer complaint is that washer does not fill properly on deep water wash. Ran manual test and water is entering washer properly. No error codes found. Ran deep water wash without a load. Washer filled to appropriate level. Advised customer to try with a full load.

Found left side of the foot pedal had the retaining screw had come out. Reinstalled pedal with original screw that was on floor next to unit. All checks okay.

Found system slightly over charged causing suction line to freeze. Sweep-charged -8g from system. Suction line thawed and pressures balanced and normal. Bubble checked all joints and entire filter drier. No leaks. All system checks good.

Cx complaint that the unit is heating slow. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and preheated the unit to 325. It eventually reached the temp but it took much longer than usually. I increased the temp to 360 and the unit still took very long to reach the set temp. "Cx complaint that the unit has trouble start cycles because of the lid not locking. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f5e3. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed until the lid lock tried to engage. The unit would not advance past that point, it needs a new lid lock to resolve the issue. I started a normal cycle and put pressure on the lid near the lid lock while it was engaged, the unit successfully locked. I checked the lid lock and the surrounding area to see if something was effecting it or out of place. I found nothing abnormal. Unit is under 1 yr warranty per service bench. Took photo of receipt.Cs complaint is timed dry coming up as air dry by default and she did a load of towels and they werent completely dry. No error in history and unit is heating properly when selected. Explained how sensor works for sensing cycles. For timed dry explained that she could set temp and time to whatever she likes. Cs thought something was wrong with it coming up on air dry. Called techline and while on wait ran a 5 min timed dry on high heat. After completion timed dry remembered last setting of 5 min and high heat. So verified unit is remembering last cycle.Cancelled tech line call

Found unit stuck in drain mode and empty. Reset control and entered diagnostics. Found one error code for off balance load. Cleared code and tested functions of washer. All functions appear and test normal.

Upon arrival found f9e1 error. Took out unit and inspected entire drain line. Found unit had two drain lines and one drain line that was hidden in cabinet was impeding draining and letting water sit and collect debris. Unit would drain but it made the draining process slower. Took off one drain line and reinstalled unit. Also found disposal wasnt draining properly due to clogs in disposal from food and use. was able to flush disposal so that unit could drain but informed customer if issue happens again to get plumbing checked because if disposal wont drain dishwasher wont drain. Ran unit and unit drained into bucket properly. Verified proper operation by filling unit 2 more times and successfully draining unit into designated drain line port on disposal. Called techline and stayed on hold for 35 minutes.

Retuned to install parts ordered. Installed new inner tub hub and Washplate. Reassembled unit and ran both spin and agitate functions and no noise detected. Ran quick wash and unit filled and started agitating with no noise. After running unit noise came back. Found noise is from cam slipping. Inspected and replaced cam and issue stil present. Found oil on new gearcase shaft under cam .thought oil was from previous gearcase/job but found shaft has too much play and is causing cam wheel to go too low and miss cam teeth in agitate mode. This is causing noise. New gearcase was faulty. Ordering new gearcase. Scheduled return call for 8-1-23 pm. ; ordrng 1 W11454372 (Gearcase) and 1 2xtimeframe (2xtimeframe)

Found evaporator fan motor making loud noise. Thought it may be vibration but I pushed on evaporator cover and checked all cover mounting screws they were tight. At this time Im going to recommend replacing the evaporator fan motor. Part#W11661931; ordrng 1 W11661931 (Evap fan motor)

"Customer complaint having to run stuff on medium for hour and half. Unit is running and heating normally, customer has good air flow out of dryer vent as I went outside to feel it coming out wall cap,checked venting behind dryer nothing was bent crimped or damaged. Found icemaker in off position causing no ice condition. Turned ice maker on. Ran diagnostics and verified proper operation and fill. All functions check ok.

"Cx complaint that the griddle is not working, LF burner is difficult to rotate and the unit is giving new error codes since the last visit. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The LF valve axle is bent. The griddle was not connected back to its original state, I secured the wires and tested the griddle its good to go. The unit is flashing f2e1 and f3e0 was stored. I installed the ordered parts, the units control is good to go. The unit needs a new LF valve and temp sensors. Im ordering the parts for the return visit.While in the van after the call the cx came out and said the griddle sparked when they turned it on. I went in and confirmed that the element connectors came loose when I removed replaced the control and sparked on the frame. I secure the griddle element wires but no heat from the griddle. I checked incoming power to the griddle, 0 across the 2 wires and 119v from each to ground. The griddle switch needs to be replaced. The ohms of the griddle is 42.3 ohm, its good. The washplate damage has caused splitting on the agitator. The agitator needs to be replaced as well to avoid a future callback. "Cx complaint that the unit is making a rattling noise and there is no duct hose. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit heats, tumbles and has good airflow. The rattling noise is from an object stuck in the drum seal. I removed the object and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. The duct hose should have been installed at installation. I suggested for them to call RAC to request the duct hose for proper use."

Dispenser is very stiff coming out and front keeps coming off.
