Led new water filter head and housing ran water and unit is now filling and working properly. Advised customer on water pressure it is strong I turned it down some but I advised To replace copper line with stainless due to pressure.

"7740621589 file number when opening the system, theres a suite/burning odor. Smells like sugar. I replaced a compressor purged unit under vacuum powered on compressor to charge from low side amp draw .5.6 filled refrigerator with 12 g refrigerant amp draw went to 4.8 to 5 A of current pressure went to about 200 psi in the high side as well. Replaced filter dryer twice before splitting the line set, I can fill unit with 250 psi of nitrogen with suction line disconnected from compressor and air will blow through perfectly fine from filter dryer through suction tube attaching to compressor no issues as soon as refrigerant is added to the system. Unit act as it is restricted has floating restriction in line set. After cutting original filter dryer open beads are discolored and oily. Every time system is evacuated. White Smoke comes out of new filter dryer. file number 7740621589 manufacture, submitting unit for review so that they will reach out to the customer within 3 to 5 business days directly. Also stated there is a possibility that we may end up replacing evaporator before it can be condemned. was told not to order parts yet.; used 1 W11506635 (COUPLER 6 NF MS SV PROCESS T), and 1 R600A (R600A 14.8 OZ) from stock"

Complaint front two burners arent working correctly. On arrival I found that left front burner wasnt coming on properly along with front right burner. Replaced all parts sent with me and tested unit. Unit worked as designed after installation. No other issues found.

Complaint unit has f2 e 1 error code. Switched out touch panel on arrival and tested unit. Unit tested properly.

Outlet had no voltage reset gfi power came back on.

Complained you are panel not coming on when door is closed. Found refrigerator and freezer door switches are working. When pressing freezer door switch by hand UI will come on and light will go off. Found freezer door is warped so that is not pressing in freezer door. Switch enough to turn on UI panel ordering new freezer door and inform customer door will be shipped to home. Complaint oven display is not displaying properly and keeps throwing error codes throughout the day and night. I found error codes F6e1 f3e0 f6e4 I replaced main control tested operations. F3e1 original control had black plastics coming out of it. I replaced control performed a control board calibration procedure tested operations no further issues found.

Complaint f6e2 check vent error displays all the time long dry times as well. I found error code code f2e2 hmi disconnected error only fault code in history upon arrival. I cleared code. I replaced main control and user interface tested operations helped customer pair unit to their Wi-Fi and update dryer. No further issues found with unit today.

"Complaint oven keeps turning itself off convection fan is noisy downdraft is noisy cooktop will not ignite have to use lighter I found spark ignitor failed I found switch harness is corroded I found d main control is over heating during bake cycle and failing unit will need aux relay harness main control and spark module to repair also needs fans, both cooling fans and convection fan and downdraft fan motors as all three are very noisy. Also will need igniters/burner assemblies on all on cooktop as it does not want to ignite fuel on gas cooktop. Was able to get spark module to work temporarily."

Return to install new dispenser cleaned out hoses brand unit is now not leaking and running as designed verified proper.

Complaint unit is not powering on. Checked voltage at junction box under unit and found 46 v were present. Customer needs proper voltage for unit to work properly.

"Complaint takes 2 to 3 times to dry a load of laundry. I found dryer vent is restricted external vent. Or customer is overloading dryer combination of potentially both. I found dryer is heating and cycling properly. I did find that external vent temperature with hose disconnected a cycling at 162? to 108? with hose connected temperatures are259? to 140? vent cycle temperatures. Indicating restricted vent. as of right now, dryer is heating and cycling normal."
