"Retuned to install new control, ran u it and cut popped and cut off when it got to drain . Inspected drain pump and harness but didnt see any loose wires, cuts or that drain pump visually bad. Found drain pump resistance lower than normal. Unit drain pump could have caused previous issue. It couldnt test unit unit control was replaced. Unit unlocked and started normally just cut off and popped causing control board to short, no thermal damage noted on new board but thermal smell noticed. Ordering harness also in case of short in wires . Has continuity through wires to pump to board but still not sure of its a minor short somewhere. Ordering control board , harness and drain pump. Complaint making a loud vibrational noise almost grinding noise. Whenever the blower fan or microwave is used. I found punch from when microwave blower fan was installed to vent out. Was stuck in the fan blower. Causing fan blower to hit the metal causing noise. Removed sheet-metal tested operations. No additional issues. Found with microwave. No abnormal noises microwave is heating fine.

Complaint turntable is not working. I walked in the house open closed the microwave door Firm. I tested microwave. Everything is working properly 4 times As soon as I went to leave customer tested unit and it stopped working again. I found control relay is getting extremely hot. I replaced both the turntable motor and the relay control board together and tested operations. Customer tested operations. Everything is now working fine as intended.
