The FC door comes open from the air pressure sent the FC when the RC door closes. I explained to the cx how this is normal when the RC is forcefully closed. I adjusted the gasket and leveling leg to help the door close after it opens, I also recommended closing the RC door softer to avoid the air pressure to the FC. The unit is working as designed."

Found unit was not properly hooked up to drain line, drain line was taped to drain line in home causing suction and syphon issues informed cus to get drain line Plummed to properly hook up drain line. Went into service mode all all functions are working properly in service mode. Issue with filling must be intermittent. But informed customer to get fixed so that unit can fill properly. Found there was a smell of some kind of odor could not actually determine the smell. I pulled back cover off evaporator and checked lines and connections for a blow out and also looked at walls to see any signs of blowout I found nothing. The evaporator was silver and shiny as it should be. I checked fresh food side of fridge and smell barely present in there. I called whirlpool safety team and gave them my diagnosis. I spoke with (Eric). I advised customer at this time I cannot find anything on the fridge causing the smell to let it run a few days with baking soda in it as well as clean it real good and see if the smell goes away.(Call complete)
