"Some water in basket on arrival, put in spin cycle and drained out fine. Ran normal cycle through fill and into wash. Then ran spin cycle and drained out fine. Let go into spin and unit spinning properly, no bearing issues found, went into full speed spin fine. Repeated and same.Similar to what it did a couple years ago with same complaint. Suspension feels good, but if weak could result in more off balance loads that would not spin out properly.Explained to cs is either off balance loads or weak suspension, quoted for suspension, is stacked unit so would either require unit to be unstacked prior to repair, or second tech.Quoted for part/labor with and without second tech. Cs will think it over, collected for service call."

"Replaced outer tub,basket,cam kit and hub ran unit thew a calibration cycle and found agitator would only move back and forth never washing checked actuator and found capacitor smashed hub not moving and stuck in place, replaced both parts and same issue unit would not wash wile looking at Gearcase found entire cabinet bent on the bottom of the legs this is causing unit to not balance and when spinning tub is running in top. Unit is going to need a new cabinet and top customer is calling where was purchased and will let know about replacing parts they where going to take the unit back witch is a good idea its damaged badly and should have never been sold.; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL), and 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"

"Spoke with cs, the unit failed on first sanitize cycle after last repair when control was replaced. Unit had heater working in diagnostic and did not give error. Cs has unit running for us on arrival.Cancelled and checked water temp sensor, showing 17kohms when removed, about 80 degrees which is correct, heater at 16.5 ohms, which is correct. Unit gives error when sensor is unplugged, reading sensor.Verified connectivity on sensor from end to end.Called techlineSr# 7739443448Went through checks again, heater checking fine, this time sensor failed to read from board. Intermittent wire failure/break in line.Ordering harness and heater assy, will have control on return as well just to have on hand. 2x time, 2x person.; ordrng 1 W11314664 (Heater) and 1 W11557918 (Harness) and 1 2xtime (2x time) and 1 Twoperson (Two person)"
