Complaint dishwasher is very loud compared to previous model Not drying dishes like unlike previous model large gap at the top and the bottom and drain pump is very noisy when draining into sink sink gurgle a lot. Drain pump is a high flow drain pump. I did find that the drain pump hose where attaches to disposer is kinked Causing high pressure to occur as covering your thumb with the garden hose. Could be the cause of gurgling unsure. Dishwasher is working as intended. Unit does not have a visible heater heater is built into wash motor like the Bosch per manufacture unit was built by Bosch Customer will need installer to come out and fix drain connection by adding extensions. May need to shim dishwasher up off the floor. Bring it closer to the countertop and leveling it properly as well as add additional pieces for the kickplate potentially making unit kickplate a custom plate. Manufacturing file number 7739775042 nothing I can fix nothing I can replace unit working as built

"Complaint taking 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothing. Unit still heating. I found restricted vent is the cause of dryer not drying clothes customer stated that they had someone come out and they shoved a brush into the ductwork behind the dryer, but it did nothing dry vent was not properly cleaned. Visibly evident show customer how the heater color changes from a dull orange glow with the hose disconnected to an extremely bright with excessive heat buildup when the dryer vent hose is connected back to the dryer severe restriction found no issues found with the dryer I and I fulfilled will have to quote customer again if we come back out for a venting restriction"

Initially the problem thats going on is that as soon as the L1 load is connected to the board voltage load would swing to L2. 244v present from L1 to L2 on terminal block thats 122v on L1 to L2 when P1-1 and P1-2 is not connected to the board. As soon as the P1 connector is on the board would swing the voltage on the terminal block from 53v on L1 and 203v on L2. Called office to run things through with RC. Will order wire harness. Customer mentioned that they would call the store and have the range replaced asap because the apartment will be occupied by this weekend.
