Complaint refrigerator is not getting cold and any zone has had the compressor replaced twice prior. I found condenser coil is corroded out and leaking while performing a nitrogen test started hissing very loudly with 120 psi of nitrogen and put into system from condenser coil did not find any other leaks Time customer stated that they did also have a week ago. Both evaporators replaced as well. I will need to replace condenser coil found in test 40 of a compressor is making an abnormal noise as unit appears to have been overcharged as well. "Cs thought it might be under warranty, was told it had a 5yr. Per service bench look up, it has a one year warranty and was purchased 2 years ago. Complaint of making loud noise at end of wash cycle. Completed diagnostic cycle with no abnormal noises until end of spin, as it was down speeding, loud grinding. Took off cam, actuator and all looks fine. After reassembly ran test 3 more times with no issue. Source not identified, but ran 3 times with no issue.With working after reseating cam/actuator, if reoccurs would replace those first with possible gear case or control issue, but all working now. "Complaint not making ice not dispensing water. I found just right down the street. Theres been heavy construction in customers neighborhood. I found customers water filter is clogged with debris. Showed customer the debris that I shook out repeatedly from their filter. Customer needs new water filter or to leave water filter removed and use tapwater. No issues with refrigerator or icemaker or any of the valves at this time. Unit with filter removed has full water, pressure full flow and is filling up all the tray of the icemaker."

"Customer stated unit didnt dry on timed dry, then did earlier today. Checked power to unit, proper voltage present, moved pigtail around, no loss of voltage. Ran timed dry, unit heated, element cycled on and off properly. Ran service test, all service tests passed, ran unit with vent test kit, got good for gas dryer poor for electric , unit is electric. Unhooked unit exhaust from wall ran vent test kit got good all dryers result. Can not find any issues with unit. Informed customer to get vents cleaned if issue persists. Verified proper operation."
