"Removed old sensor and getting 1.084 K ohms at room temperature, which is a normal reading for room temp. Replaced sensor. Control for this unit is nla.Calibration was at 35. Set to 0 and preheated to 350.Cycling temps: at end of preheat it was309- 291, next cycle 357 - 326, 372 - 333, 372 - 333.Took awhile to get there, but then cycles were consistent and averaged where they should be. Fans come on in convection, not in regular bake, which is correct per logic diagram on tech sheet.Explained to cs that it looks to be keeping temp fine once giving longer to heat, about and extra 30 minutes. Explained we could refund repair, except for service call, but she wanted new part left in. Told her to talk to office if unsatisfied as basic diagnostics would be to replace control, which is nla and it does seem to be keeping temp properly when it gets there."

Customer does not have a vent pipe. Under kitchen sink. Maybe back pressure preventing dishwasher from draining properly plumbing issue not dishwasher issue, also dishwasher door may be getting opened in the middle of a cycle and not started again also potentially causing the water to still be in the bottom of the dishwasher. "Complaint, Mike microwave light not turning off open closed door issue, uneven cooking when heating a bowl of rice will have lots of hot and cold spots when heating up dried pastry bread will fluff on one side and burn on the other side. Uneven heating is normal in this microwave, the microwave is a 900 W microwave. There are no fault codes in history unit is heating as design uneven heating is due to the fact that foods that contain higher amounts of water tend to absorb microwave energy with a higher efficiency, while foods with lower water content absorb heat more slowly, causing uneven heating. No issues with microwave customer should close microwave door firm every time so door light goes off and open close door issue does not occur."
