Complaint dryer is not getting hot. I found the reason getting hot is due to an incoming voltage issue. Incoming voltage is incorrect. I found voltage issue is due to one leg of the dryer being tripped at circuit breaker panel. I turned breaker switch all the way off and then turned it back on again and dryer is now heating fine I ins to make sure that theres nothing grounding out at all at this time. Nothing found on the dryer that would cause the dryer to trip the breaker. Customer may be having a week. Breaker issue may have to replace breaker issue per persist

Complaint taking a long time to dry clothes. I found completely restricted vent water coming from vent area behind dryer vent tube has water in it. Dryer is getting hot and is blowing air with hose. Once I replaced the door switches I checked to make sure I had proper voltage on low side now and I did 112 volts checked at low voltage transformer (blue+red). Did not have that voltage on last visit. As I stated when first out here there was a wire burnt slap up on mag safety thermostat. I replaced wire and safety thermostat is still good. At this time the rest of the problem has to be on High side of microwave. Since the wire that burnt was from HV transformer to safety on mag tube Im ordering that and capacitor. I found the door to be lower than normal not allowing it to catch the slot. I noticed the closer cam and the door closer is worn not preventing the door from rising when it closes. Kept the door shut for 15min. to see if frost would develop. After the 10min. mark found the same low frost pattern. Customer prefers not to put money into it for its age. Collected trip fee.

"Unit under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. No errors in history. Complaint of leak under unit. Some water under unit and a mat in front that is soaked on arrival. some water stains coming from hot water supply. No leaks during diagnostic test. Ran normal cycle, deep water, filled and went into agitation without any leaks , tightened water hoses at valve, but no leaks before/after. Did find a slice into cold water supply hose, but not leaking from it in testing.Cancelled and drained fine with no backup in standing drain pipe.Again checked underside of unit and no signs of leaking, no additional water other then what was there on arrival. Ran diagnostic test one more time and no leaks.Possible drain had been backed up and now is clear, that supply hose was loose but has tightened, but cannot duplicate and leaking from unit. Did suggest replaced fill hoses since some damage was seen on cold.There is a water heater in closet and water is by it as well near back wall.Leak could be from the water heater.Cs also complained of damaged clothes stains, but Washplate is smooth, no abnormal gaps. Unit testing properly. Explained finding to customer and to Anthony."

"SR#7737897023 (Bruce) found no fault codes in unit, ran unit thru service mode and then checked for fault codes and there were none. I did find the unit plugged into a 120 v jumper (surge protector) that was plugged into wall. I removed surge protector and ran unit no fault codes no interruption of operation of machine. "Unit displaying f9e0 off balance pause, error on arrival. Unit was not level, added board under right side legs and leveled to center basket raised drain hose height in standing drain pipe. Ran through diagnostic cycle fine, draining fine. Ran normal cycle through fill and into wash, cancelled and drained fine.Ran drain and spin cycle and went into full speed spin fine..Explained to customer how the unit wasnt level, tested b was resting and n right side panel on arrival, and the error was for unbalanced loads, in which the unit would stop and not finish spinning out. Explained how to rebalance and resume load and how to avoid unbalanced loads."

Customer complaint is that oven has condensation. Inspected and found aluminum foil covering the entire bottom of oven. Customer was baking a turkey when water started dripping. Complaint unit very slow at making ice not making ice properly. I found low water pressure as the cause of no ice and odd shaped ice. I found unit still has factory filter installed in it clogged water filter filters three months old. Lots of variables can be attributed to life expectancy of water filters. no valve issues. No icemaker issues. No cooling issues found everything is working fine.

Found flood switch tripped and water in leak tray. Removed water. Tested and verified proper operation. No leaks. Water from installation. All functions check ok.

Found long fill error causing unit to not complete. Found water bubble stuck in pressure tube causing long fill. Cleared pressure tube. Tested and verified proper operation. All functions check ok.

Dishwasher will not do anything red light inks on user interface. I found control lock. turned on customer had tried to turn off control lock and could not get it to turn off. Customer turned off breaker and was able to run one cycle after turning breaker back on with no issues. I turned off control lock tested operations multiple times no error codes and fault. Diagnostics history. No additional issues found at this time with dishwasher.
