"Tested unit and found washer would get to about 30 min left in the cycle and restart it self then it would start using the agitator to spin the tub tangling the clothes up in nots. Ran diagnostics and checked errors found F7e1 tachometer missing or wrong signal, f7e7motor unable to reach rpms, f0e2 over suds let unit run thew a diagnostics cycle and found actuator not shifting from wash to spin and tub moving super slow when trying to spin, checked actuator and found faulty checked capacitor and found leaking and failing. Replaced both parts and ran unit thew a calibration checked and unit is now spinning and washing properly.; used 1 W11395618 (Capacitor), and 1 W10913953 (Actuator) from stock"

Checked leaking issue and found water stains on the side of tub found water leaking from tub seam due to not sealing unit is going to need new tub assembly. I found ceramic insulator had exploded causing loose connector and damage to ignitor I replaced ignitor and installed new insulators. Lower oven preheated to 350 in 8 min 52 secs. Upper oven. a little longer at 10 minutes and 15 seconds to preheat to 350? no additional issues found with upper or lower oven at this time. Error codes found 6-2 inlet water valve electrical error 6-4 float error see inlet water. wash motor working fine unit is not filling with water at all broken harness heater is working fine no terminal block issues found incoming voltages are correct and proper 124.2 no burnt or heated wiring found customer concerned about wiring being stuck to tar sound insulation in inner door normal for wiring to be stuck to tar insulation. Burning smell from heater and lack of water entering machine. Unit will need harness to fix as harness is broken at molex and has been taped by unknown persons. Customer stated she had a company that told her that the wiring was not supposed to be stuck to tar insulation that freaked her out. "Complaint washing machine does not know how much water it is using. Sometimes washing machine will fill itself all the way full. Sometimes it wont fill barely at all. I explained to customer that that is normal operation for the specific model model will fill, depending on weight and the way unit is loaded. Unit has multiple sense cycles no way to trick this machine like her old washing machine into using less or more water per customer. Customer had a different technician that told her that the best cycle to use was bulky. Bulky is designed to use the most water in the cycle, as well as delicate to help float the laundry up. Customer not to worry about water levels as washing machine is programmed to adjust water levels by itself on the fly, depending on what is being washed. I installed new cycle selector switch just to be safe. No additional issues found"
